I am diabetic and went here to buy syringes without a prescription as I had run out before I could renew my prescription through my mail order insurance express scripts. I have purchased them before at other publix stores by showing them my test kit and a vial of my insulin. This pharmacist didn't seem to care. I even tried to show the express scripts app showing I had gotten insulin and syringes through express scripts recently but he wouldn't even look. He walked away before I could even finish talking to him. I felt he turned me down thinking I was someone trying to buy them to use drugs. I went to another Publix near where I used to live and the pharmacist there actually treated me like a human and asked questions to determine if I needed them and sold me the syringes. It's really a shame to go somewhere to get something to treat a disease and be treated this way.
