Every time I’ve ever come to one of their stores for help, they’ve never been able to help! What is the point of having a store front? This company is a joke and everything is a hassle. So we left and went straight to T-mobile! Where we were helped right away, super fast, no hassle, we switched our service and it’s cheaper! So save yourself some time (& money) and go with T-Mobile or another company BESIDES US cellular!! Ha, never again. They must not value their customers or care wether they stay or go.

Normally I would rate the customer service 5star. You can call me old school but when a customer call and ask if u could stay open 2 to 3 minutes after closing so I could pay my bill. I live here in sapulpa . I was told no that I could go to Sand Springs the stay open til 6. In my opion that's not the way you keep your paying customers.

Got a phone for my son and 45 days later it fails and they cant do anything about it. I have to pay the phone off to get another one of the same kind. No help from dillion or the woman that worked on 3/16/20. Then get home and have 2 bills due 3 days apart totaling 162 dollars total BS if you ask me.

Absolutely terrible. Bought a note 9 and they talked me into a $100 pile of junk for a case and ventev screen protector. Supposed to be lifetime warranty. Well they both broke in less than a week. You only get one replacement regardless of issue(like the screen protector which fell of in 15 minutes) and delivery takes 3-4 weeks. Furthermore U.S. Cellular has a return policy that if you don't like it for any reason...."if it isn't right for you" is how they state it. But was denied because they were doing a sales associate bonus for accessories sold and it was broken and wouldn't be able to restock it. So if I don't like it they return but if it fails day 1 your out of luck. Update: U.S. Cellular has taken the $100 off my cellular bill so now I can get a real case and protector. This particular store however was no help.
