Had an annoying vibration. Did some online searching. Maybe a cylinder wasn't firing? Sparkplug maybe? Bought the Oldsmobile Bravada at Guaranty 17 years ago. Took it in. Thermostats and coolant issue. Hmmm. How would that fix a vibration? It worked! They know what they're doing. Larry is Great! It could've been the cooling fan out of synch? Now a smooth Inline six cylinder again. Thanks! Great service department!

I just bought my first car at guaranty and everyone was so nice! I'd never been through the process, and they where more than happy to help me. The salesman that helped me was named Henri, he was super helpful, answered any questions I have. I highly recommend guaranty to anyone looking to buy a car. I will be back the next time I need a car!

I contacted Guaranty after finding a car online that was listed at their website and started to work with Byron Rentflow. I am located in California and had some concerns about buying a car out of state. This was all complicated by COVID as well. However Byron listened to our concerns, did his best to answer all the questions, and explain to us the process with an out-of-state vehicle. The entire process was transparent -- there were no hidden fees or selling of additional accessories and services that add thousands to the price. We were especially impressed with how Byron went to bat for us to try to get us the best deal. Lastly, Byron drove the car from Junction City to a location more convenient for us to pick up. This was beyond anything I could have ever expected of a salesperson! Overall, I am really impressed by Guaranty and especially with Byron. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Brandon was awesome. I bought online on a Sunday and my truck was delivered to me (165 miles away) on Tuesday. They listened and presented me with 1 deal within the terms I specified. Best experience ever! Thanks Brandon!

We were invited to join the Guaranty "Family" yesterday! We were helped by a fine gentleman by the name of Gary Ries. No pressure, ask us how we would like to see our car buying experience to go and we told him. He was so knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in and told us everything about the car. My husband wasn't feeling well while we were there and Gary was so kind to him and helped him. Gary even offered to buy us lunch! I would highly recommend if you need a new or used car, go see them, I can't forget Robin in the office nor Chico that kept us straight! WE really did feel like family when we left, Hugs and all!

I wrote this on the used truck site but also wanted to acknowledge Patrick Ramm who PATIENTLY started me on this process of buying a ‘newer’ vehicle. Having grow up in and era where ‘used car salesmen’ were literally untrustworthy buying a used car brings back those negative memories and I don’t look forward to buying a car. Well, the team at Guaranty is quite the opposite. Despite my often negative and unclear responses they were ALWAYS positive, patient and transparent about any and all information regarding the vehicle I was looking at and the sales process. Thanks Patrick (first worked with him in the used car lot...he was GREAT!,) Brodie and the entire team. Oh, and I LOVE my Jeep!!! ...and WILL BE BACK ( not a threat...a promise 🙂)
