Nothing wrong with employees or the store, but I strongly advise Cranberry Twp residents to use a different plan. Verizon claims to have the best coverage, however I find myself having very slow or no cell service all over town. I work on 19 and live off of Powell. Phone calls and streamed music cut out constantly on my drive home. In my house, which is in a typical neighborhood right off Freedom, I have NO service off of Wifi. When I go on hikes locally, I have no service while my friends with T-Mobile and AT&T have great service.

Mike was fanatic! Fast and knowledgeable. But it is a huge inconvenience to send customers home to transfer their own info from one device to the next… I took me hours…

Took forever to get my line set up and then there were unexpected expenses that occurred when I was assured there wasn’t any. Also the agent told me they don’t transfer contacts and photos or set up new phones. Eventually called Verizon and they said all corporate stores do that service, lied to again

Staff may be good at selling phones, but not at solving issues. Do not leave the store until you are certain the problem is solved with corporate on the phone!!

Store staff with attitude. The store was almost empty, we stopped to take a quick look at new phones, no questions, and we received an angry response to stay quiet while three store attendants were busy with their stuff. We left and will not come back.

The wait here is long, be prepared. Agent calculated that my bill would be less than I was paying now adding a new phone to my plan and then argued with me when I did the math. Despite this I requested agents number to order a phone from them. They never responded to my messages. Went elsewhere to get a phone with far less hassle and more accurate bill calculations.

Very frustrating came in explain exactly what we needed and was told it was a 45-minute wait. I was told you can leave the store and will text you when the next person before you is getting serviced. I received a text saying please come into the store your next in line it was 15-20 minutes after I left the store. Turned around went back to the store only to be told we were still have to wait for somebody else. The managers then said what do you need even though I have told them three times why we were in there to get the new shield protectors put on our phones and we were having some issues with our phone, he then informed us oh you're going to have to wait for a specialist and they're not available right now almost 2 hours of our time wasted because people can't communicate their properly. I will never go back to that store again.
