Customer service, are you kidding me? First of all the drive-thru signs contradict each other so you are supposed to know which ones they mean. If you get it wrong, they whisper to you that you need to get in other lane, then when you do they make super-loud announcement that you got in that lane incorrectly, needed to go around building though you didn't get that from the whisper voice. In then speaking with the manager, ASHLEY THE PHARMACY MANAGER PROUDLY MAKES YOU AWARE OF HOW IN CHARGE AND RIGHTEOUS SHE IS , and asks if I still want to be waited on or just leave!! I kid you not, that is how you are treated. Then after calling to see if the scripts are ready and the price, they tell you they are out of stock!! Will let my insurance know how wrong they are to recommend CVS pharmacies, they are all demeaning, rude and completely disrespectful, especially when the people who are there are likely in rather important need of the medication. Very, very sad that they feel fine, even indignant in treating people like this.

The old blonde lady at the pharmacy is about as rude as you can get. They were kind of busy when I got there but there was no justification for the attitude she gave just for asking for my order which I had already received the txt message that it was ready. I couldn't believe how rude she was essentially saying there is only 2 of us so it will take as long as it takes. Ok but why did I get a txt that it's ready? You can do better all around cvs. Especially in training your employees to not be rude when there is no reason for it.

So disappointed in this CVS. It use to be a great pharmacy. I’m not someone who needs a lot of prescriptions, so the few times my family needs something I would expect good customer service. Twice now prescriptions were called in and we had terrible experiences. This past time it was well over 24 hours for a blood thinner prescription and it still wasn’t filled. No promise when it would be. I finally asked them if they checked other CVS locations. I was told no other stores within 60 miles have it. Took it upon myself to call another location and they said they do have it, and it will be ready first thing in the morning. I will be taking my business somewhere else.

What is happening to customer service anymore?? I get it people have stuff going on or you don’t enjoy your job, but don’t take it out on others. Being somewhat pleasant goes a long way. My mother and her friend were there today and they were both astonished at the ‘don’t give a flip attitude’.

Pharmacy techs were nice and helpful. Went to check out and whoever the lady with the shoulder length white/gray hair had an attitude. If you dont want to do you job, dont take a job and give attitude to customers when they ask a question.

Pharmacist is good, very knowledgeable but other than that the customer service is terrible! Any time I pick up a prescription I am waiting in line at least 20-25 mins whether there is 1 person in front of me or 5! Absolutely ridiculous that they can’t help people in a timely manner. I’d go someone where else if it weren’t for my insurance.

It’s been quite busy every time that I’ve gone there and the same guy has been working and definitely knows what he’s doing. It’s a better organized CVS than a lot of the others that I’ve been to. Overall I’d give it a 4.5 but I’ll just round up to a five star.

It’s been quite busy every time that I’ve gone there and the same guy has been working and definitely knows what he’s doing. It’s a better organized CVS than a lot of the others that I’ve been to. No problems with Rite Aid and insurance. Refused to rectify coordination of benefit issue with insurance company. Belligerent communication. Corporate would not assist in rectifying issues either. Good by CVS, you have ‘earned’ one less customer.

This CVS has always had subpar customer service and that's why I rarely go there. Today, I was only picking up photos that I sent there to be printed. I went to the photo counter and waited for help. A female employee walked right by and went to the other registers, followed by a male employee that also failed to acknowledge me. A few minutes later, he went by again, even looking down to avoid eye contact. I watched the female chit chat with a customer for a few minutes, while she looked at me twice, but still failed to care that i was there. Another customer came and was helped. Me, still nothing. So I walked out. Not acceptable. They can keep my photos and hang them on their refrigerator. Ill get my pictures elsewhere.
