Poorest customer service I've ever encountered .... they do not accept fault. It always someone else at fault like us the customer. ...Ralph was trying then his assume boss just made up more lies. GO TO ANOTHER STORE. OR MAYBE CARRIER

As far as I am concerned this star i undeserved. Every time I have spoken to a customer service agent they have given me improper information. I almost lost my apartment in March and I was homeless in January. The mobile service representatives have nothing but apathy and left hand has no idea what the right is doing. They have lied to me several times about how payment plans work and if you set one up they lock it at autopay. They have overdrawn my bank account twice. The phone itself is garbage and overheats for absolutely no reason. This is not a Galaxy S21 FE 5G, it's a hunk of metal with a very cheap battery and the cell service is less than adequate. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE IT'S HEARTBREAKING!

They just keep getting more and more expensive every year and I’m not even adding things to my service. They just keep raising the price because they can. I don’t understand why it’s $136.00/month just for internet alone. You would think that with time, they would give you discounts for being a loyal customer for 3+ years. Nope, they just raise the price. Insane.

This was my 6th time here to try to RESOLVE an issue..but with no avail..the Manager was very mean and impolite,and the other workers were like they were under a trance...I have nere been so humiliated in my life....😖😖

It was worse than my previous device that I was supposedly upgrading from. She as in the agent was totally aware of what my previous device was even the full specs. I know this because I made her aware of what I like about my previous device. I also made her aware of what I expected out of my new device. So she has no excuses of why this problem happened in the first place. I recommend doing business over the phone or online. I'm not the only one having this sort of problem with the physical stores. When I spoke with them on the phone. They had multiple people just on the day when I called with the same problem. Just a different agent and store. So here is my breakdown. They have excellent prices and online service. Other than that your better off going somewhere else is you like the idea of shopping in a physical store.

So when you call and look up the phone number you get somewhere out in Idaho who has no idea the store you're referring to. You have to go online to book an appointment, and the wait time inside is insane!! Got a good deal with my phone and internet

Stopped at this location just to inquiry about a service to my house, and ended up signing up. What I was offered is less expensive than my other service just for WiFi and a landline. Chris was more than helpful and had personality plus. I would definitely go back and recommend this location.
