Fries were So Salty we couldn't even eat them. Waitress was kind enough to get new NO SALT Fries. But by then food was cold. Also, ordered 2-8oz Medium/ Well, lil pink. I had a really good southwest shrimp salad, but we also had an issue with a "medium" burger that was definitely medium well... and the bottom of the burger was charred. The fries were also a lot cooler than they should have been. We don't send food back to the kitchen in places like this typically, so we ate it. The service was very good otherwise and the customers were spread out nicely and not to close to us andbit was a quiet place!

I severely miss the pulled pork wonton tacos but I will still ways get the chicken ones lol I had the shrimp amd steak parmesean something and it came w green beans and potatoes and w my app and my drink my bill was only 34!! an absolute steal. out server was very sweet too

Our young waiter was amazing. Whoever was cooking that night did not understand medium well and the steak came out still bleeding...at least sending it back didn't turn it into a brick....

Went to Applebee's today 7-11-2022 . Shane waited on us . What a very nice man and was an excellent server . He checked on our table several times and kept the refills coming . We all enjoyed our lunches and had plenty to take home for later . Shane , Thank You for a wonderful lunch and your GREAT service .

Terrible, terrible, and more terrible. We ordered spinach artichoke dip and when it came to our table, it was maybe 1/4 the way full. Second, I order the bourbon chicken and shrimp and when I got it, it was mostly black and tasted more charred than bourboned. Lastly, right when we walked in, the host was quiet and seemed blocked off and our waiter didn’t smile once which made us feel unwelcome to be completely honest. Other than that it was mediocre and will not be returning.

Second trip was way better than the first. Our waitress DEVIN looked at us like we were crazy when we asked about the iced tea bc we got to HOT last time. She said no.....its served cold. Onion rings, salmon and cole slaw were outstanding. Best onion rings I ever had. Devin was outstanding and so polite. Well worth a retry late night dinner with family. Boyfriend loved the bbq sauce for his chicken strips!! THANK YOU, DEVIN!!!

Ordered through Grubhub. It was delivered quickly. O paid extra for loaded gsrlic mashed potatoes, but only got the regular mashed potatoes. Ordered garlicky green beans and they are so overdone they are mush! Ordered my favorite Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp and couldn't eat the chicken because it was so overdone! I could barely cut it with my plastic knife, and that is not the quality meat I have come to expect from this establishment. Because I'm a semi truck driver, I can't just go get a new order. Because I paid through Grubhub, Applebee's has no liability for refund. Because I will leave Erie tonight and likely not return for months (due to being OTR long haul trucker), getting a replacement 'next time I'm in' isn't an option either. Very displeased. Whoever is responsible for quality control needs to wake up and realize this is not acceptable. I did eat the shrimp and potatoes ... I'm hungry after all!
