Convenient, fast, and service with a smile! 📦 😊 The prices are very accurate as well, I had a return shipment going back for a trade in offer, and the tracking is expected to ship based on initial information that was sent to me. This location also had most of everything you would come to expect in a parcel delivery system. I will return as well as recommend to others to visit this store for any of lifes shipping and packaging demands.

Brandon was so great with helping me out scan some important paperwork for things I had to get done. I usually don’t write reviews but I must say his customer service skills are on point! Avoid this location. The store manager refused to let me use my Fedex account to ship an item back in July (even though I have used my account numerous times at this store over the past two years) and thus I was overbilled by about $50. She then lied and told me that I could contact Fedex Revenue Services to get refunded the difference of what she overbilled. It's been about 5 months and after numerous phone calls, I've still yet to see my refund. Because of this store manager I have since switched to UPS for all my shipping needs. Good job losing a customer.

The assistants at fedex office convinced me to pay a higher price so that my documents will be delivered within two days but instead they got delivered after 7 days. I could have paid regular ground shipping to get it delivered so late. They are not even planning to refund the extra amount that was charged.

I had the most wonderful experience with Sheena and Claudia. I came in needing to ship and old banjo which was awkward in size. Both team members worked together with me in finding the right size box and packing options that best suited my needs. I am so amazed at the exceptional level of customer service that was provided to me. Both team members truly went above and beyond to give me a great experience. Thank you!

I called today about my package being stolen because the FedEx worker lefted my package on the stairs in front of my house again...I have a big sign on my front door not to leave any packages and the worker still lefted my package. This is the 3rd time my package has been stolen. I was told on the phone they don't have to obey the sign on my door..I feel just terrible I been waiting 2 weeks for this package it was for my birthday. WOW..thanks alot ....FedEx

Came in with no line just needing to email a document and get copies made. The computer at the store is apparently not working. They think it’s on my end. I emailed the document to myself, and my personal email. No issues... I have spent hundreds in printing over the last year at this location with either Good or horrible customer service... as I write this I’m still waiting... 3 employees... only one seems to be working. They just keep waiting on new people instead of assisting me... after 23 minutes I finally get the email stating they recieved my document... terrible customer service
