Like the large selection and the customer service was ok. But unfortunately when I got home there were moths in the bag of rice I purchased, it really grossed me out and it was a pretty big turn off to the rest of the items I bought too. This place needs to be cleaner and have the products checked more carefully.

The grocery store inside is /great/ in terms of offering most popular brands of Japanese food. When my girlfriend decided to start making bubble tea from scratch, we got all the ingredients from here. Only issue is that the premises could be a little cleaner/better cared for.

Not a pretty shopping experience, but rudimentary. I needed oyster sauce for my stir fry veggies. Prices seem reasonable. We go here, maybe 3 times a year, for the sour soup powder, sauces, and frozen dim sum.
