I wish they had longer hours at this location, because if you work you're taking off to get your rental. Other than that they are nice to work with. Convenient location if you live nearby.

I reserved a car on the app for 10am but rescheduled for pick up at 11:30 at 8am in the morning i changed the time for me to pick it up. I showed up at 11:44 to pick up my vehicle granted I understand the times but my complaint isn’t with them giving the car I reserved it’s the fact that they didn’t even grant me a courtesy call to see if I was still wanting to pick the vehicle up or maybe wanted to reschedule. When I know for a fact that’s policy to double check with customers on pick up. Even walking into the facility it was poor energy, no one greeted me and just dusted me off and said they gave my car away. I won’t be returning but I wanted to share my rental story. Excellent customer service. Picked me up from home, and the car I gor was clean and well maintained. When I dropped off the vehicle Sha'rron offered to also drive me home. I've never had this service offered before and it was great since their location is somewhat inconvenient and out of the way without a vehicle. Will be my default location when I rent in the future.

Didn't have a car when I arrived and claimed they called me. Why take a reservation if u can't honor it, had to go to hertz the info u ask for is there or did u not even read the review name and loc. Thanks for the standard response

Homestead is a terrible location. I called yesterday morning to extend my rental for an additional week. My card that was on file was compromised so I had to cancel it. I spoke with an agent about 11am to let him know I wanted to extend the rental and make a payment with my temporary debit card until my new one comes in. The agent stated that I cannot make no new card payments over the phone I have to bring it in. I advise the agent I was at work but I can get there no later than 4:30. When I get there the agent then tells me he cannot use my temporary debit card, or accept cash, and then confiscated the car. I then go check my debit card this morning and he charged me for another day. How dare you charged me for another day when you told me that I could bring that card payment in, when I got off work at 4:00. Never told me he was charging me I just wake up to the charge on my account. The car was not late I was advised that I can come in later once I got off work to make the payment so there should be no reason why my card is charged for an additional day of $80.

I received a nonsense parking ticket and contested it, only to have Enterprise send me an email telling me I had 2 days to pay it or incur an additional fee, but then not giving me the option to pay it, as I tried to pay it in less than 24 hours after receiving the notice. For the record, I did manage to get the parking ticket reduced, only to have Enterprise negate that with their fee that they didn’t really give me a chance to avoid. Then, I called Enterprise’s 1800 number and spent an hour of my life on the phone only to be told somebody from this specific Enterprise location would contact me because they had to be the ones to resolve it. Still waiting on that call. Will never rent with Enterprise again. Nor will any of my family, and a few of them travel frequently for work, so I hope that 25 dollar fee was worth it…

I very much enjoyed my experience with enterprise. When my van needed repairs I needed another vehicle to get to and from work. Enterprise is very close to me so I went to them first. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. The vehicle that I had was very clean and a pleasure to drive. I will definitely consider enterprise for all of my rental car needs.

Everyone at West Mifflin office were very professional and friendly. I can't remember the name of the young man who waited on me but he was very nice, polite & helpful & gave me options. I had to call back & make changes Pam & Sam help me & we're very efficient. I rented an economy car & none were available, so they gave me a Nissan Rogue, I had never driven one before & I just fell in love with the ride very smooth, the vehicle was very comfortable & spacious for my husband. I returned the car to Homestead & everyone there were helpful & friendly. I didn't have to wait long to be waited on.
