I have used them many times and each time has been fine. The reason for the 4 stars is because there is always some odd disconnect between online booking and pickup. You all need to work on that process because I don’t feel like I’m saving any time when I pick up the vehicle because I go through everything online, then again at the store for some reason. Online booking interactions should be: Sign, keys, drive. 2 minute interaction.

Most one star reviews are correct. They make false accusations in attempt to steal more of your money as is. Completely un professional and I would not recommend this location to anyone. If I could rate 0 stars I would honestly. This branch needs shut down and operated by someone else.

Terrible customer service. Was accused of damaging a truck did not want to here what I had to say.Was shooed away like a dog. I have never been treated so badly ..Never will I never go back there ever again. Shame people have to treat people so nasty .

Absolute horrible experience!!! One of the worst experiences of my life ! the young kid behind the counter was nasty to me he was rude to me did not treat me with dignity and respect as I was already having an absolute horrible day he made it so much worse I was literally shaking when I left that place! AND.. to top it all off I rented a 10-foot U-Haul and he just left the paperwork and keys and said that there's your truck over there bye he did not walk out with us he did not go over the vehicle he did not check out for any damage he didn't even leave the building he just gave us the keys and said it's parked over there bye!

Terrible service was next to impossible to get a rental and the employees are rude and do not even let you speak. Absolutely will never come here again!

These folks are really nice and helpful!!! I have rented several times from Dana's Lower Burrell store. They have everything!!! Trucks , trailers, everything you would need to move or haul.. worth visiting...!!! God Bless , Keith..

They had a large selection of trucks. An employee's knowledge of the different trucks wasn't as helpful. I had to figure it out on my own as to which one for a specific job . Then no one was in the showroom for me to purchase items on returning. Only mechanical employees were in sight. I didn't want to download the app for self service
