I rented a car from this location last Monday and Meghan was very friendly/helpful with the process. I ended up leaving my sunglasses in the car when i returned it and realized a few days later. Meghan and another one her co-workers helped track down the sunglasses and get them back for me. I highly recommend this location for great inventory selection and a very helpful staff that goes above and beyond.

Service is great but some cars are less than expected, I wish they could give you something that was closer to what you normally drive.

Update: 08/18/2021-Corporate got involved and did the right thing and credited my account. I will do business with Enterprise in the future but not from this location. ---Service here is an absolute disgrace. First 2 cars had to be sent back here due to how dirty and smelly they were, the last car was a total mess with dings and dents everywhere and when we returned it they tried to claim we were at fault for a ding that we had not done that you couldn't even see. I have been using Enterprise for over 15 years and will never use them again. They also unauthorized a freeze of almost 1000 on my credit card with out my knowledge. Do yourself a favor go elsewhere, I will let my family, friends and community know to stay away from here.

This is the absolute worst location! Not customer-friendly AT ALL. They tend to work against helping you; rarely provide customer-friendly options and are quick to recite the rules without a full understanding of the customer's request. I experienced this personally and witness two customers ahead of me who were also met with similar resistance when trying to get help from the staff. I think the only reason this location remains open is due to the fact that the Faulkner body-shop refers their business here.

When you will use this location make sure what you are signing. I told them that I have my own insurance and I don't Enterprise insurance for $30 a day. Guy explained me again that I have deductible on my insurance and they don't but I still didn't want it. So he said ok sign here that you declined our insurance. I did but didn't read. And when I came back they charged me $150 for 5 days. I even don't know why they charging people for the first day. For example if you pick up your car at 5pm and will bring tomorrow at 9am you still will pay for 2 days! Very disappointed!

Absolutely horrific experience dealing with this location. Specifically the Branch Regional Manager; Kewan Williams. I arrived at the location because I was in an accident and the place was empty but it took him 5 minute to get up and even greet me. He wouldn’t accept my card because there was no chip on it. I called my insurance claims department and all of sudden he was able to accept my card. I drive a coupe and was told I was getting a car. He rushed me to a Dodge Journey sitting next to the car I was supposed to rent. The Journey was damaged on every panel. I even explained that I was supposed to get a car he kept on being rude so I figured it doesn’t matter. Upon leaving the airbag light was on indicating there is a problem with the airbag system which could cause me severe injury or even death. I drove it back to the body shop and called and explained to kewan and he told me to drive it back in rush hour traffic. I called my insurance claim office and they put me on a 3 way call with an enterprise expert who told me to call enterprises damaged vehicle number based in Florida. Upon reaching them they told me his behavior was unacceptable and the vehicle was unsafe to drive. They told me to call a tow company an send them the bill after already putting a deposit down and they would reimburse me. Upon contacting my claims handler she told me to call the office and ask kewan for his regional manager. He started to get loud and told me he can’t understand what the problem I have is. Instead of forwarding me to his regional he put me on hold and sent his employees to pick up the vehicle from the shop. The shop manager called me and told me he called and asked if the vehicle was still at the shop when he knew it was there from the multiple calls I made after arriving at the shop and the last call when I told him it was there he then hung up on me. The shop will no longer be using enterprise for their services and will be contacting their HR department to report the incident since all calls are recorded by enterprise for quality assurance. I will also be contacting his regional and supervisors by the way I was treated with such disrespect.

They were very prompt and efficient. I'm still driving their rental. MEGAN was awesome. They handled everything with the insurance company for me. No issues noted. Thank you guys!!
