Been going to this bank for three years now never had a problem staff was great. The new staff that is there now is very rude and unprofessional I sat in the drive-through for 25 minutes with no other cars and told them I was on my lunch break. I asked for large bills they gave me 50 and fives and a bunch of ones. The following week they would not cash my check until I gave them my birthdate and my Social Security number. This was a payroll check from their bank. I will never go back to the bank again..

Not like a big bank that has no idea who you are. They treat you as an individual not just an account number. I bank both professional and personally and couldn't be happier.
