The worst experience with this company. Guys don’t depend on this company (hertz) if you have work to do. Because I swear no matter the company you made a reservation with hertz website or the third party you are not going to find what you reserved and they don’t even have a courtesy phone call to let you know. I drove 14 miles and I had a job to do have my confirmation and entered the office the guy there have no manners no hi no welcome just how can I help you. I said I have reservations here my last name sorry we have no cargo vans or cars available. I said not even a phone call to let you know. He replied we don’t do that. Guys please go to enterprise rent a car. Wow the best well trained customer service with beautiful manners just the people you are looking for. And the best cars and they don’t have they upgrade it for you at no cost and huge smile.

Most terrible car rental experience of my life. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION IF YOU NEED A CAR. I booked a one-way rental to the airport and wanted to get the car early so that we don’t miss the flight because of last-minute rental issues. Half an hour before the scheduled pick up, I got a voicemail that there were no cars and a car would be available after an hour. When I showed up at the location, there was no sign of a soul, and the sign outside said “brb - helping other customers outside” (a complete lie). I waited there for an hour and called the rental office many times. Other people were waiting outside in similar situations. Luckily I found another car from another rental place within an hour (paid extra). I got a call from hertz after four hours saying my car is ready for pickup, what a joke. Unprofessional, unreliable and unacceptable.

My car was in an auto accident. This location is closest one to my home. They have NO CARS!!! My insurance covers rental expense. It’s sucks that they have not 1 New car. All cars are old and dirty w/ oil change lights and high mileage on dashboard. I was looking for something comparable to my car, to drive until my car is repaired. Unfortunately, for me the customer. I have to settle for a downgrade and be unhappy. Luxury cars don’t exist to this Hertz location. The staff rather you return the car and drive nothing. Rather than work to try and accommodate you.

Most of the times cars are not available for rent. Even if you book through App it will show booked but later it will be cancelled. So better would be to go there in person and book it.

Terrible service. I rent a car with 1/4 fuel tank and return the car with 1/2 fuel tank. Hertz charged me 69.93 for fuel & service. I tried call their number many times and get no any answers at all. Never go to Hertz at KOP

These poor folks haven't had a working phone in 3 months but their spectacular customer service and wonderful attitudes would never show it. Would choose them first next time we need a rental

THE WORST! This guy closed the business an hour ahead of what’s advertised. We had a booking for 12:30 but he says they close at 12 and hasn’t helped us. We were on the call and communicated we will be there to collect it. We get there 2 mins before he closes and still he hasn’t gives us our booking. Later we get to know he didn’t have any cars and this was adamant. Why even take a booking and make us come all the way when one could have said they didn’t have cars and avoided bookings/ reservations Highly frustrating!!! OWN it

These people are fraud. I was asked to leave car without inspection and later got $400 smoke cleaning fee along with receipt. I don’t smoke and there was no odor when I rented and as well as when I returned. Called hertz customer care representatives and they said they can’t override or do anything with that fee. No idea on how to get away with that charge hence filed the dispute with credit card company, so waiting for outcome.

I am delighted with the services provided by Hertz @ KOP, PA. The staff is very helpful and humble. I got good car (Full Sedan) with enough space for Luggage and Passanger. It was great journey for me with excellent rental Car experience. It worth every rental for me and for my trip.

The service is great at this location. The staffs are very helpful. I like the pickup and drop facility at this location. The rates are also less expensive compare to other rental service companies.
