Called the store for the government program they run for a tablet. Was told tablet was free just pay activation fee. Edwardsville store says it's 26.00 dollars this store told me 50.00 when I told him Another store told me it was cheaper he didn't know what to do and hung up the phone so why are they allowed to lie and rip you off and not k ow what is what I've been to 3 boost stores today and all told me different things.

Poor experience. Employee didn't help at all. Don't waste your time going here. They also moved and never updated the google maps address yet either so we drove around looking for it for like 15 minutes.

I love this Boost store! I was able to get my iPhone XR back in 2019 for $1 down when I was Boosting Up and I am just about to make my last payment. The employees there are always super helpful and really nice. Today the gentleman who helped me upgrade my SIM got that done within minutes, super fast and was very nice! I always know that whatever I need to get accomplished is getting done when I walk into this store. If I could give them 20 stars, I would! ✨ ⭐️ 🌟

This boost store is amazing! Deshon helped me put a new SIM card into my phone and I am grateful for his helpful spirit. The people here are great and this company is amazing. Glad to have my phone service with them!

Sometimes I think these phone co.hire anybody & just teach them the basics. We took our phones back 2 days in a row & they still haven't figured out the problem & they're new phones we bought from there,our old phones from there were almost 3-4 yrs. old & they dont seem 2 care that we left there still not satisfied.

I wish I could give them zero stars I've been with them for years and never got an upgrade or new phone so I finally asked about it and they first tried selling me a 300$ phone and then I said there's no way I will pay that much so he shows me a phone for 275$ that's when I left without even renew my monthly payment.

Every time I walk out of a boost store, im stuck replaying what just happened while i was talking to the boost employee in my mind trying to see if Im overlooking some information he had told me. my friend and i bpth gpt new phones last weekend, they BOTH are giving us nothing but non stop issues and problems. boost employees keep giving us the run around

I went to this store to purchase a phone for my boyfriend, as a surprise but I did not have his account pin. Which was fine because i only wanted to purchase the phone. I was advised by mostly the whole sales team to take his phone while he wasn’t around and retive the pin and if we didn’t have any trust issues then it shouldn’t be a problem. I don’t see how my personal relationship has to do with buying a phone. It was completely unprofessional. That was my first and last time going into that store.

I stopped today 7/17/17. I wasn't even at the counter when the guy behind the counter said "can I help you". I thought that's strange, can I get to the counter first. From there it was all downhill. I was asking a question about my Galaxy storage and he said "they don't train us I'm an IPhone guy". I was trying to explain to him I'm a physical learner and if he could show me how he was moving my pics instead of telling me that would be great. He said I told you do you want me to do it for you?? I have been a Boost customer since 2010. I was in this store before when the tall, lanky gentleman was in there and I had no problem. This short, stocky bearded guy (he's no gentleman) was so IGNORANT he brought me to tears, literally. I worked in customer service for years and that is not how you treat a customer. I'm just sorry I didn't get his name. I am reporting him and this incident to Boost Mobile corporate also. It was 5:15 on 7/17/17. I'm still shaking.I have never been treated like that in my life. I am a very happy go lucky person. I was also going to get the Galaxy 8...now I will not purchase it there.
