This place doesn’t deserve a star at all. I just want everyone in Rhode Island to know that hi-tech autobody sales and service in Providence is the worst place any auto owner can go to. I took my car to get it “diagnosed” and they told me my engine was gone. Ok, I bought a engine for my Mini and their Mechanic who they claimed “worked with Foreign cars” would take care of the job. When I came to check onmy car I realized my car’s antena , and elbow rest cover were missing. The only excuse they could come up with was that they don’t lock the doors of the cars.. WHAT? So fast forwarding, Once I picked up my car, my car was not running like it should have. I took my car to the actual Mini Cooper Service shop and they reported that the engine installment was not done properly. On top of that, they did damaged to the areas surrounding my engine. My boyfriend called the shop to ask for them to redo or refund and they argued, and did not apologize on their behalf. The guy said it could have been the engine we bought , however the Mini Cooper Technician assured us our engine was in great condition and was definitely a installation problem. Even though my boyfriend stoped by their shop many times , all he was told was that the owner would give him a call . 1 month has gone by and no phone call. They did not care about what we had to say because they already had our money in their pockets. Do not trust this shop with their service.

Shawn, Tita, and Ricky are Super nice, knowledgeable people. Answered all my questions and made it easy. Usually used cars are hit or miss quality wise, but their inventory was excellent. I would definitely recommend!!

bought a used mini and was told the car was such a great car the owner Sean had even been driving it himself.Well after I purchased the car upon them fixing a door handle that was not fixed I got to drive the car about 17 miles before the clutch gave out and had to be towed home.was told the repair should take a week it ended up taking over 2 months and had to argue with them to even repair it under warranty. If your considering buying from them I would not and if you don't believe me take a look at their reviews on the better business bureaus website.

Buyer Beware! Especially if you are from out of state. This is the most unethical set of people I have had the misfortune of dealing with. Any deposit you make on a vehicle will never be refunded. Finance from them at your own risk. How this business is not shut down by the Attorney General of Rhode Island is beyond me. Issues you may encounter with this business: 1) Title of the vehicle. Ask to see the title of the vehicle and any lien holders associated with the title. If you see one, you are one of the fortunates. 2) Ask for official correspondences from their finance company. Not just a text or a first name, but a true business card, company name, etc. They will not be able to provide you one. 3) Ask them to put the vehicle on a lift at there shop. You will find the vehicles they have on their lot all rusted out, frame damage from rust, which was the case for the vehicle I was going to purchase. 4) If you gotten past all this, request a clean bill of sale. Not a hand written bill of sale, but something actually typed up and legible for your own financial company to review. I unfortunately had expected common good business practice from this company, but was disappointed with the end result. They are friendly to lure you into a sale, but they are there to rob you of your money. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE SHOULD YOU LEAVE A DEPOSIT ON A VEHICLE WITH THESE PEOPLE. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COST. That is my advice. Hopefully this will help someone from making the same mistake I made.

Sells broken lemon cars, their excuse is they will fix after the initial sign. They will drag out your 30 days warranty and give your car back without fixing it. Brought my car back to the shop 4 times within 1 months.

So, during a frequent visit for my brother's car's scheduled oil change earlier this week we were waiting inside the office. The visit resulted in not only good service, but a good selection of cars. The staff were friendly but on top of that the cars seem to be pretty affordable, being exactly what I'm looking for. I will come back to see how the financing works and everything, hope it all goes well.
