My fiancé and I came into AT&T today to switch our phone plans over and the manager Breon helped us out! He was very detailed in every step and broke down how much everything would be so we would know what our monthly bill would be. We are so pleased to be with AT&T and this location will be our go to one. :)

Stores hours are not updated as stated on the door due to short staffing 10am-2pm. We stopped twice and no one was in the store! Very unprofessional.

Wes was our customer service rep. My wife and I were going to update our iPhones. Wes seemed very knowledgeable about the products and was able to explain the differences between the models. He also made excellent suggestions based on our conversation. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

I brought my wife to this ATT retail location with the intention of upgrading her Note 8 to the new Note 20 Ultra. After giving sales rep my account info we were quoted a price, after a trade in allowance of $300 which was to be paid out over 30 months, interest free at $10 per month. Sales rep had me sign the digital paperwork for the new phone and that;s about when the experience took a turn decidedly for the worse. The sales rep announced my plan isn’t eligible for the the $300 dollar offer and said the new phone, based on my current plan, would be $35 a month. Then he sharpened his pencil some more and now said final cost would be an additional $55 a month for the new phone. Shouldn't he have looked at my plan from the start of the transaction? I balked on the new offer which was 5.5x the original price quoted,, said no thank you. Wife was given back her old phone, which unbeknownst to us had been rendered inoperable by virtue of signing an invalid contract with erroneous pricing. A short while later I received a phone call from the store manager who told me I needed to call ATT because my wife’s phone was deactivated and they needed to hear from me to reactivate it. This proved to be incorrect information as well. Three phone conversations (and a disconnect) later, I get a customer service rep who tells me I can't reactivate via phone because the retail location had killed our sim card and we needed to return to the store for a new one. Upon returning to the store I asked the manager how they could let us leave with a dead phone. His reply as manager was “I didn’t help you” which from a customer perspective is an invalid response since he IS THE MANAGER and was present for much of the earlier interaction with the sales rep who couldn't give me a straight price without sabotaging my wife’s phone. The manager said don't worry sir well get your phone working as if all the misinformation and time expended would be magically whisked away by providing me with a new working sim card. Fails: Not looking to see if existing plan was eligible for incentive, misquoting price more than once, lack of accountability by management, unapologetic demeanor from management. In this experience I worked with 4 ATT employees. Only one gave me credible, factual information.

Went in to file an insurance claim to help my grandmother and the manager and sales representatives were very professional, polite and patient. My grandmother left with a big smile and a new iphone 11!!! I highly recommend this location!

Went to this store with new phone said that I needed new sims card old one to big. They cut old one in half and installed . Went back week later said phone not working properly they had no answer was told to go to corporate store. Went to store by mall and they put in new sims and working properly now. Don't go to this store save time and aggravation go straight to corporate.

I want to express my appreciation for Jabre for the great customer support she provided for me today. I am in the area for business for 3 days. Yesterday afternoon someone hacked my att online account, used my linked credit card to pay their bill, then removed myATT acct and linked their acc/cell# to my cellphone number. I failed to reset the password as the thief(ves) got notified through their linked cell# and changed the password every time. After spending 4 hrs on the phone with the ATT customer service and Fraud dept last night (I was transferred here and there and also got hang up once), I was worried and frustrated. I even started thinking it was my cellphone and laptop got hacked and I was redirected and talking to fake ATT staffs. Today after the work, I decided to go to a ATT company store to give it a try. It was amazing how Jabre handled the issue. She understood the situation and recognized the problem (fraud) quickly, and then contacted the CS and Fraud specialist for me. She was so good - smart, patient and pay attention to details. I am so glad I went to the store and had her helped me fixed the problem! She really saved my day. I wasn't able to sleep well last might, but I will tonight!

I was vacationing in the area and my phone was not functioning properly. Needless to say, my phone had served me well. My husband and I went into the store and talk about absolutely great customer service from Wes, Jabre and Tony! They all were fantastic in helping me and for that I am grateful. I know it sounds strange but they really made me feel like family. If you are having any technical difficulties then this is the location for you to come. Thanks again guys, I will see you when I visit again just because!
