Today 10/13/22 I had a problem with my Honda. Honda Roadside assistance connected me with Quality Towing and Service Center. Bobby showed up in less than 30 minutes and was extremely polite and courteous. He was able to hook up my car and deliver to Honda to get the necessary repairs. A job well done! While on vacation, I needed a tow late at night on a holiday weekend, and Quality Towing provided great service. The driver dispatched to me was named Ben. He was very courteous and made the unfortunate circumstance an enjoyable encounter. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of a tow.

Had The misfortune of my water cooling outlet malfunctioning on my vehicle and used Geico to get roadside assistance and they called quality towing and sent Ben to give me a tow from Surfside to Myrtle beach. We had a great time chatting the whole way back; Ben was very professional and very friendly and if I have The misfortune of having a vehicle breakdown anywhere around here again I will definitely be calling them and requesting his service, and I suggest you do the same. Oh and did I mention I had my four dogs with me which weren't a problem they were able to stay in the car and then drove very carefully the whole way home dropped me off and the whole thing was just really pleasant considering the circumstances

The experience was above average, with a hiccup. I will start with the compliments. The dispatch service was a fine experience, the associate I spoke with was kind, patient, knowledgeable & informative. The equipment was modern & applicable; without being in the profession, it appeared to be an easy hook-up for the technician, safe for travelers on the road and sufficient to protect the vehicle being towed. The technician himself was experienced and professional, he seemed very familiar and competent with the application of controls etc. Moreover, he was incredibly accommodating to specific requests and questions. He took the time to explain every step he would take to ensure correct placement of the vehicle once off-loaded at the end destination; considering it was about a 30° downward slope so we had only 1 chance to position the vehicle appropriately or face pushing a 1 ton SUV back uphill to reposition it. The only thing that kept them from a 5 start review was the time it took from dispatch to arrival, arrival to hook-up, hook-up to destination all seemed incredibly slow considering the equipment available, experience demonstrated & distance traveled was less than 5 miles (from hook-up to off-load). Unfortunately, I was quoted a 1 hour & 15 minutes arrival time after dispatch, yet I waited almost 4 hours before they were on-site. After waiting 2 hours into the initial call, I reached out asking for an update. I was told 5-7 minutes away, yet again, it took another 1 hour & 45 minutes. It was a similar experience waiting for the technician to arrive at the destination, 1 hour & 20 minutes for a 5 mile drive down a secondary, county maintained road with average traffic and clear weather conditions. Nonetheless, if I were to sum the entire experience and consider the specific requests made and the effort to do everything correctly, the experience, knowledge, professionalism & a satisfactory end result, I still offer these guys a sweet 5 star review with I'm easy recommendation to family and friends if ever in need of a local Co service in Myrtle Beach just make sure you're not getting charged by the hour ;-)

Our vehicle insurance uses this company for their roadside assistance services and they suck if you just need a tow. Over three hour wait in 92° heat and thunderstorms with the dispatch lady saying he'll be there in 20 minutes every time we called to see when they would arrive. During the final call the dispatcher says " he's there" um no he's not! Oh well he'll be there in , you guessed it, 20 minutes then rudely declared she had to take a call This company is busy towing cars from unapproved parking and impounding them, big bucks. They can't be bothered with a $100. Tow job.

This fine guy got us out of a terrible pinch! We were towing a car on a dolly behind a motorhome and the dolly turned but the car - not so much. The car lodged against the dolly and the motorhome had no where else to go. He figured it out by lifting the rear of the car until it dislodged from the dolly and saved the car from a lot of damage. (BTW this sounds a lot simpler than it actually was!) Good Sam's Club roadside service secured them and covered it so koodos to them too!

We were on vacation, our car had a problem that required towing. My insurance called Quality towing, I was going to have them tow to a place I found on Google. When they called me they said they also serviced cars, so I had them tow there instead. They quoted 60-90 min but were there within 30. They had my car fixed the next day which was sooner than what they had told me. So happy with this company. Thanks for the quality service. 15 hour drive home went smoothly!

My insurance company called for a tow and Quality called me shortly after. The dispatcher asked important questions and quoted me 30-60 min. 60 min later Ben arrived. Very kind and professional. During his pick up my garbage truck arrived. Ben ran over to the garbage truck with my garbage can to make sure my garbage wasn’t missed! Seriously I’ll never use another company for a tow after that kind of service.
