Off the chart service. In Myrtle Beach visiting and my low tire light came on. Searched for Tire Center and was lucky to find Mason Tire Center. Jay did my work, very thorough and competent. Happy with the outcome. Don't go anywhere else!! Look what they found in the photo. Glad to leave that in Myrtle Beach as we drive back to Minnesota. Eh.

My 18 y/o son took his Honda in to get 1 tire. The tire took 20 min to put on (after sitting for 2 hours waiting) and they charged him $100 in labor. What a ripoff! Clearly our family won’t be using this tire shop in the future.

My family barely made it to the beach on a plugged tire. Walmart refused to change a tire due to their "of the wall" policies. Mason tire took me right in, sold me two great tires, and had me out within an hour. This will always be my tire shop here.

Talk about dishonesty they pull my car in the shop then nobody does anything for over 45 minutes on my car when they finally get to work on it and get it done in about an hour they billed me for 2 hours. They weren't working on the engine or the muffler or anything that was hot at all so why did my car sit there for 45 minutes just so they can bill me extra time I will not be going back and doing any business with Mason's or Black's Tire I find that their practices are downright deceitful should have waited and taken it to the dealership their estimate was half of what it actually cost me but I had to wait a few more days for them to fit me in. Still you shouldn't cheat the customer and make them pay just because the car is parked inside the shop and no work is being done for over 45 minutes. Lesson learned better off taking it to the dealership.

Bad flat on a rainy day many miles from home. Contacted Mason Tire & Auto Service because it was nearby. Put on the spare and limped over to their shop. Carla and the service technician were very friendly and efficient. Got the tire repaired in under an hour and at very low cost. We still had time to make it to one of our planned birdwatching stops. They’ve got our thanks and high recommendation.

This company is terrific; so reliable and reasonable. Their employees are very knowledgeable and their personalities are very pleasant. They always clearly explained good and bad conditions of my vehicles. I gave been using them since I first moved here 6 years ago and never had a difficult situation.

I cannot say enough how great Jim and his staff were to us! We had an issue driving down from NY with our car and without any appointment at all they got us in and quickly diagnosed, showed us the problem, repaired it snd got us back on the road! Jim even followed up next day with a call to be sure things were good. In a time when service of any kind is at a premium, we received the BEST! Thank you Jim. No more clunking noise.
