Bought a 2013 Kia Soul in October of 2018. I made the mistake of paying cash. Here it is near the end of May and there is still no title to be found. Stay away from this guy. He's not a truthful person and really doesn't care about you, once he's got your money. I count this experience with Britt Cars as my second-worst business deal of 2018.

These people will hound you to hell & are so ungrateful for your business. Lauren has no business being in a customer service position. She will call you every 15 minutes the very morning your payment is late. Never leaves a message, but will call, call, call... Such a rude & disrespectful person. I paid off a $7000 car & she said sign here, here's the title, turned & walked away. No thank you, no have a nice day. Nothing. Spend your money where it is appreciated.
