Truck was not starting and towed first thing Tuesday morning to the shop. Took two full days to determine it was the starter and battery. I was also informed on Wednesday that my front passenger tire had a tear in it and was completely flat, which was not the case when it had been dropped off. I was told on Wednesday that the car would be ready on Thursday afternoon, and I would receive a call. I did not receive a call. I called ten times on Thursday, and was only answered twice. The first time with no update. The second time was ten minutes before closing, and they mentioned that the car had been done, but I would not be able to pick it up due to the proximity to closing time. I had to extend my rental car for an additional day. Overall, I am dissatisfied with the service: both physical care of my car and customer service.

They never have a time for a wheel alignment. We got a wheel alignment for the life of the but if they don’t have it’s not worth it. Also they never have paper to tell how off your car was. Services: Wheel alignment, Tires

Went in to get an oil change. It took like 2 hours until the car was done. But overall other than the wait the service was OK.

My fiancée went to ask for assistance to change his license plate as the holes and screws were rusted. They immediately said no. He offered to pay and tip the technician and they still said just no, not even a im sorry we cannot assist just a plain and rude no While I was there I could see cockroaches in the lobby. DISGUSTING we will not go there ever again

Very mild tempered management disorderly not professional no lines but at the same time there was also no service given which produces an entirely new issue and pretty much just the lacc of care and customer service is a complete let down and waste of time... Most definitely a bad day to represent Firestone Complete Auto...!

Asked if they could spray WD40 on a rusted screw so I could change my new license plate. Even said I would tip the technician. They said no. Also there were cockroaches in lobby

Love this location! Shawn went above and beyond to take care of me when my whole morning fell part and the bottom of my car cover came loose on the highway. I’m so thankful for how quickly they helped me and will be back for sure!

Kudos to this location! Traveling through Charleston and water started pouring from the dashboard. I made an appointment via the call center. It was not transferred to the location. Kaitlyn, the store manager, worked me in nevertheless. And within an hour my car was fixed! Just wanna give kudos to Dontay, Quinn and to James the technician highly recommend this location!

I was having a very stressful morning with my rental vehicle, and thankfully the rental company sent me here. They were kind, quick, and got the job done! Thank you in conjunction to the North Charleston National Rental location and this Firestone for turning my day around.

Took my car in for check engine light was told it was my Converter, they had to order part so I went back and got my car cause I had appointments. They called the next day and said bring it in took it in a lil before 9am they lie and say it takes 5 hours which it does not goes up there around 2 haven't even started on my car now they are saying car still hot, what car takes that long to cool down so as their getting ready to close I call I was told that my Axel snapped which was a lie was told later on it was a flex pipe so they had to keep it longer. The next day I'm waiting and waiting so I call at almost closing time now its ready, no communication at all I have took all my vehicles to Firestone but since moving here to SC service down here is horrible and I'll never give them my business again.
