Felt rushed. Salesman was doing a sales pitch which may be required. I knew what I wanted which had to be ordered with a unknown waiting period. Now, I was the First and only person in the store with 2 agents. 10 mins later, a couple came in and was svcd by the other agent. 5 mins later, another couple came in and my agent excused himself from me to wait on them. Hmmmm. Store looked clean and well lit. Parking was good. Prices had a "covid" inflation but still within reason.

We had a great experience Tim was great. I pretty much knew what I wanted when arrived a store. Tim was very knowledgeable about the bed, wasn't pushy or trying to upset us. We did buy new pillows that we asked his opinion on. We really appreciated Tims approach and help.

I'm 49yrs old and I've not needed a new mattress in about 10yrs. So with me getting older and constant shoulder pain I felt like it was time for a new mattress...well to my surprise..I found out that you basically going to have to take out a loan to buy a new mattress..lol.. that was until I went to mattress world... They have a great selection..all the Bell's and whistles .. from adjustable frames..to full body massage..I couldn't be more HAPPY with my purchase..the sale person was awesome..he was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products..and!!! They killed everyone else's prices..... I'll definitely be sending anyone I personally know buy there next mattress from here...you guys and gals ROCK!!!! I wish everywhere did business like y'all... thank you so much

We bought a Tempurpedic mattress and base from Tim and he was amazing!! He took time to patiently answer all our questions as we picked out both items. He never came across as aggressive or pushy, which are two traits that seem to be all too common in bed stores these days.
