I love Jet's pizza when they're on, but it's few and far between. Had to stop ordering the cheese sticks because the dipping sauces are almost always forgotten (probably wasted a formidable amount of money at this point). The final straw was the latest delivery, which took almost 2 hours and the food was ice cold. Great pizza if you can pick it up, but delivery will leave you hungry and disappointed :(

This was the worst experience I have ever had here. It took 10 minutes for somebody to come to the counter so I could get my pizza. While I was waiting the two workers are having conversation and the lady was cursing like a sailor. And the guy was agreeing with her. They were very unprofessional.

Honestly, the worst pizza I've ever had. Jet's is pretty much known for their 4 corner pizza. If you don't deviate from that, you're good. A member of my family deviated and got the thin crust supreme. The pizza was so bland (except for the sugary sauce) that it was as enjoyable as a dirt sandwich. Just extremely lackluster. For $28 you would expect a good pizza.

Last week I ordered from this store and they didn’t get it quite right. I went today to talk to the manager and he remade it correctly and was happy to do this for me! Great customer service and delicious pizza!

Jets is one of the best pizza places on town. The BBQ Chicken pizza is above all and should not be passed up. The 2 slice and a drink special is also good for a quick lunch or on the go.

I ordered a large thin crust and garden salad. Unfortunately due to staffing issues the pizza was gonna take longer than I could wait! However the owner called me personally and made things right!! Next time I'm in Goodlettsville I will definitely give these guys another opportunity for my business!

This location is under new management since May and i stopped going there for a while, but I happen to be craving Jets and I went back to give it another try and let me tell you not only is the food fresher and made accuartely, its customer service has changed TREMENDOUSLY, I walk in I get greeted and by time I get to the counter a staff member comes and meets me at the counter, asks how am i doing how is my day so far, then ask me what would I like to order. they have even offered to bring out to my car when its done. I mean this new management has really changed my view and opinion of this location. My order has always been accurate since, fast speedy service and friendly. If you stopped going here GO BACK and give the new MANAGER A CHANCE HE IS AMAZING AND SO IS THE NEW STAFF UNDER HIM....WAY TO GO BOSS MAN !!! KEEP ROCKIN !! I HOPE YOU GET A RAISE SO YOU STAY AND KEEP PROVIDING WONDERFUL SERVICE THE COMMUNITY HERE !!!!KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK !!!

Jet's Pizza was as good as possible but the Price was on the expensive side. After Covid-19 in 2022 these businesses have gone up by about an extra $5 a pizza. I guess I will start going back to my frozen Pizzas.

It was my first time here i had Great Service 👍 I got the deep dish recomendaition and the brownies 😋 it was wonderful. I've never known a deep dish like this and it will now be the high mark for every other deep dish 🍕 the brownies were also delicious 😋 thank you

Some great comfort food. I ordered the Jets10 8-corner and a thin-crust veggie pizza. And of course, some turbo stix. Absolutely delicious! And freezable for later. Best pizza around.
