I have used them in the past and had no issues. Went to have my oil changed on 8/12 for my 2004 Tundra @ at a cost of $73. I Got home and oil had spilled all over the skid plate from the filter removal. I had to take the skid plate off and clean it. Noticed oil drip from the filter it was loose. I tightened it and could never stop it from leaking. After driving only 100 miles I started noticing a weird miss un the engine. Checked the oil level it was over filled by about a quart. So I went and bought a new filter and oil on 8/15 @ cost if $55. I changed the oil filter and oil noticed that the oil looked like coffee and I removed 8 quarts from the engine and the fill capacity is 6.6 quarts. Based on the color of the oil after 100 miles and the amount that I drained. My conclusion is they didn't allow all the old oil to completely drain out of the engine before putting new 6.6 quarts back into the engine. After I got the correct amount of oil and new filter installed the weird engine miss is gone and the oil filter leak is also gone.. I will never go back there again. I have driven my truck for 17 years and I knew something wasnt right. I glad I listened to my gut and checked the oil level and changed it after 100 miles. Probably saved my engine from failure. I am wanting to know how they are on oil change prices. I've been there before awhile back for something else and I'm wanting to know about oil changes. I got my oil change here and they're by far the best I've been too. They are really nice and are clean. They wipe down the vehicle after they get done. I will reccomend these guys and I will return for service.
