I took my 82 year old mother here to do grocery shopping on 11/18/2022, much to our surprise it was colder in the store than it was outside. This is so unacceptable for a company as large as Kroger . When I asked to speak to a manager he said they just came out and fixed the unit to which I replied does this feel fixed to you. I feel so sorry for the seniors patronizing this location. I will not be back.

I would give a zero if possible. The way I was treated by some blonde that was working the self check out today is not acceptable. I was checking out my purchase and became surrounded by two employees with the blonde stating her her her. When I ask what I had done the answer was nothing we just wanted to know if you needed help. Since when does any employee at kroger ask if you need help ....NEVER......I offered my receipt to show I had purchased all my goods.io They didn't want it. The blonde was very lucky....she went for back up. You dont treat people that way I just wanted my groceries and to leave. That Kroger had the most unfriendly employees I've every had the honor of dealing with.

It's crazy how often I come to this kroger with ZERO isles open. I absolutely do not believe they can't afford to have one checkout lane open. Look at these prices! This is a joke.

Do y'all need stockers or something? Everything I've tried ordering lately is out of stock. I have a better shot feeding myself eating McDonald's everyday, at least they have food at all!

Not sure what management was thinking. It was more than a 15 minute wait in line to be checked out. Having grown up in a large supermarket chain family I know margins are tight, but this was not the best decision.

Completed a grocery pick up order tonight. Submitted my order at around 2pm for a 7-8pm pick up. Kroger called me at 6pm to tell me that my order was ready if I wanted to pick it up early. I really appreciate the speedy service tonight. The gal that delivered my groceries to my vehicle was friendly and didn't mind answering questions about my receipt. Thank you!

large Kroger with plenty of groceries and home goods. It's not a super Kroger with furniture but it's a large one,. clean and well stocked will definitely return. fyi, the dog food section has it's own fridge with refrigerated dog food for your high end furry friends. lot of goods your regular grocerie store doesn't have. glad for this to be so close to me. just seen on maps I can get to location from center point exit or new shackle island ext. very convenient to get in and out of especially eve traffic when everyone getting off work.
