I went in and talked to the counter people about finding a slightly larger oil filter for my mower. I took the NEW shorty pancake one in with me. After a few minutes of digging, we found one perfect for the job. About 25% longer so it wasnt tucked up under the engine so far and with the roughed up grip end. SO NICE. And it was cheaper also. 30/33% cheaper. So, I'll be back and buy a few more. Thanks guys.

Most of the employees are friendly however the ones I knew except 1 have moved on to other jobs. I miss the old employees that worked there they were super nice and actually have a conversation with you and treat you like family.

They charged and checked the battery for my' Ford Ranger and two more batteries a few days before with no charge. The staff us always helpful and courteous.

Bought a throttle position sensor here for my truck. Good service. They had what I needed in stock. I was in and out quickly. The part was a little expensive or I would have given 5 stars. Installed it and works great.

WOW....they went way above and beyond what i expected....took the counterman 1 hour to change the battery in my Silverado. For no charge....dealership wanted 65.00 to change it, as well as 40.00 more for a battery with exactly the same specifications

Five stars hands down. Taylor went above and beyond to help me out when my car broke down outside the other night, he helped me get a mechanic to fix my car and gave wonderful customer service and was very educational in telling me about the parts I needed to buy. Outstanding guy, will never go anywhere else but here. Thanks so much Taylor for making a very stressful situation easy! Auto Zone you have a wonderful employee! 😀😀

Went to get new wiper blades. The Parts Sales Manager helped me choose the right blades and then, not only did he put them on for me, but he patiently taught me how to install them myself. These guys always go out of their way to help their customers. Thank you!
