Easiest car buying process I've ever been through. I reserved the car I wanted to test drive online and did my pre-qualification to see my terms. When I arrived I had to wait a few minutes for a salesperson but he quickly got me in my car. The credit application took no time. Start to finish was about 3 hours. They even washed my car and filled my tank before I left. They offered to put a bow on my new car for pictures. I will definitely shop with them again!

This was a great car buying experience even though we do not do often. Found the car online and our Babb had already approved financing, so we provided all car details necessary and contacted our insurance for a full binder. Bank cut check and went lot where our car was delivered, washed and full of gas! We didn’t make an appointment and they did seem busy. Within 6mins we were at an agents desks providing check and lien holder details to complete purchase. It was a well oil machine this process, would definitely recommend and car looked better in person than online!

So to be honest my first experience coming there was not that good with one of your sales people he didn’t even take my information as if I didn’t or could not buy a car. I came back a week later brought a Volvo no money down walked out the door salesman was really good this guy was attentive he was doing everything to help us and I enjoyed my experience. If I would not have experienced the first salesman the week before I would have gave you guys five stars

Buying experience was great and easy, but do not get your cars serviced here. My clutch system went out a month of me owning the car, took it in to CarMax since its under warranty on March 28. Got a call today, May 9th, that they still don't have the parts. I'm sorry but it shouldn't take over a month for a company this big to get a simple clutch and flywheel...

Went to this car max on October 19 picked up curbside side delivery which took 2 hours and car was not clean or detailed and couldn’t see the whole and dents in the car during the pre inspected until after I signed all the paper work and was giving the keys . They had dead bugs and ants inside my car and I didn’t notice it until I got home. On the pictures of the car all 4 windows were tinted and when I picked up the car for curbside , they told me that the driver side window wasn’t retented because the car was broken into on their lot recently and nobody offered to repair the tent .
