Request anyone but Carlos. To elaborate on my experience, I went into the store to purchase a device. Carlos didn't give me time to browse as he suggested that I should come to him at the counter to get checked in on his tablet( that was mobile), so I did. We spoke about the additional line that he added to my line last year under the false pretense of a promotion.. He advised that I should purchase my device from some place else and that I should call 611 to have the line removed. Normally after a visit to store I receive a survey to my phone but I didn't. I like to report good customer service when I can. But I suspect that Carlos removed that feature from my account. I have assisted Carlos with conflict resolution in the past concerning another customer. He is most definitely dishonest. People want the truth of what they are signing up for and paying for. He could benefit from customer service,conflict resolution and customer retention training. I have been a customer since 2007 and don't want the hassle of starting new service elsewhere but Carlos opened my eyes to see that there are other affordable services/phones from other carriers that may treat me with respect and that may better accommodate my 6 lines.

Don't go to this store! Drive across town to Medical Center Parkway! I have been having issues with my phone. Employee said it was because I didn't have T-Mobile Sim card, I had Sprint cards. She didn't explain anything to me. Switched my account over to T-Mobile. Long story short, she put me on the highest costing plan, my phone is still messing up, and I can't get the warranty to replace my phone because that should have been done before I switched from Sprint!!! I'm having to wait for the District Manager to call me. I really messed up by going to this store!!!! One star only because I had to!

Walked in today with my girlfriend and so far we aren't disappointed with our service. We came into the store there were 2 females there a black and a white female that seem like they were on drugs and we asked if we could get a receipt from our phone record payments and they said “can’t do it unless you physically pay when my girlfriend talked to another t-mobile from a different store they said they could definitely do it so the females over here are just lazy and have bad people skills and terrible service DO NOT GO!!!!!! Go to a different phone company

Amanda and Katie are rude and out of control and have no manners and no respect for customers. Refused to look in the system to see customer cares notes about an issue with a phone purchased..yelled at my husband refused to allow us to speak to a manager.. I had to call and speak with Katie who had an attitude about them not knowing their jobs. I hope to have better results with Alex at 330 pm...

I've been a T Mobile customer for 5 or 6 years and never have I sat in a store and watched 1 attendant work while 2 others talked....all while waiting to be helped. After about 15-20 minutes I started to walk out the door and was asked "Sir, did you need help?" REALLY?? I had already started the conversation with the working attendant (who apparently had to service the 4 other customers in the store as well) before I was told to "hang on" and was left standing. To tired and mad, I left. I had actually come into upgrade my phone but I was leaving with a hot temper instead. Y'all gotta do better than this T-Mobile if you want to keep loyal customers!

After about 15-20 minutes I started to walk out the door and was asked "Sir, did you need help?" REALLY?? I had already started the conversation with the working attendant (who apparently had to service the 4 other customers in the store as well) before I was told to "hang on" and was left standing. To tired and mad, I left. I had actually come into upgrade my phone but I was leaving with a hot temper instead. Y'all gotta do better than this T-Mobile if you want to keep loyal customers!
