This has got to be the worst BK I’ve ever been in. There was no one in the store. The floors and every surface was dirty there were flies flying and landing on the food. The food that was sitting under the warmers was not even hot. With no one being there you would think they would make your food as you ordered it.

I grew up in sweetwater , eating at burgerking quite often and the sweetwater location has always had its ups and downs but today was different when I ran across the manager Whitney , first after asking for bar b q sauce she slammed the drive thru window in my face then my wife and I noticed she forgot a rodeo burger and a fry so I had to go in the store where Whitney saw me come in I said u forgot our rodeo burger and before I could get and fry’s out ahe grab the burger and slung it across the counter no bag or nothing I told her she also forgot my fry’s which there was none they had to make a new batch then I asked if I could return my burger to the heat lamp so it doesn’t get cold she grabbed the burger and slung it back in the heat lamp self and walked away never apologizing or nothing worse costumer service I’ve ever witnessed and just an all around bad management preformed by Whitney

We stopped in on our way home from church. It was very busy and there were only a few employees. Although it took us longer than usual to get our food, all of the employees were working hard to get orders out. It was impressive to watch. Our food was hot and exactly as ordered.

Very slow drive thru to only have been 2 cars in front of me, fries were yuck, cheeseburger cold, fountain drink kind of watered down tasting. I really should had returned and gave them the food back, but wasted too much time already in there drive thru, lastly the young person at the drive thru window could not have been much less helpful. Slammed window before I could ask for ketchup.

I left my purse there by mistake. Drove 2 hours away then realized what I did. Went back and someone had turned it in. Nothing was taken. There was a lot of money and credit cards. I could have been wiped out but I wasn't. Thank God for honest people

This restaurant is not in the best condition. The closer on the men's room door was broken, therefore detached from the door, meaning it slammed open and closed. There was not a clean table in the place. I ordered a whopper with extra cheese and got a double cheeseburger which had nothing but meat, cheese, mayo, mustard, and ketchup on it. The order receipt was correct, so it was a kitchen problem.

I take into consideration that understaffing causes the working staff to work even harder. I appreciate the hard work that goes into good service. It takes a team. The final outcome or product of a team-related task unfortunately tends to rely on the strength of the weakest link. The staff was friendly and courteous. The food ordered for seven people varied from "okay" to "I physically cannot eat this." An order of chicken nuggets was so overly cooked and dry that it cracked and did not break. A chicken sandwich was fine except for the chicken that was so tough it could barely be torn. Those were the two worst instances. Everything else was said to be okay. Please check your food before you drive off from any restaurant. Most places will appreciate the return visit over bad reviews. This review will be updated as needed. Give workers a break and be kind. Let them help you if they make a mistake.

Extremely slow drive-thru service at 3 pm in the afternoon.. but my son said that the food was good, so I'm good.

Was on my way home from dog sitting and it was the first time going to this Burger King location. They got our order right, pretty fast service, and it was delicious.
