Service is excellent, if it takes sometime, they say it politely, plus everyday I go there sometimes they switch cashiers. But overall this 7 Eleven has great food and things to offer and it is close to attend.

The Indian guy who works there is rude . I won’t be going there no more . It’s crazy lived in Allen more then 14 years and his customer service is the worse. He thinks he knows everything will argue with you. I use to go there nope .

I stop at the maim street 7eleven location in Allen almost everyday. I am often greeted by Negash. He is very polite and attentive Thank you Negash I appreciate your service.

I tried to use their air machine. Put my $1.50 in and nothing happened. I told the person inside the store and he claimed there was a sign saying that it didn’t work. I told him there was no sign, but he insisted there was. So I had to walk back out to take a picture and come back in and show him before he believes me. After arguing for a while he finally gave me 6 quarters back. I will never go back there again. Customer service really sucks.

I always run in here in the mornings. They have good deals on Red Bull’s. It’s always alittle dirty and has a slight smell of moth balls or something similar. some of the employees are nice than others. I go in because it’s convinent and the good prices on drinks.

Customer service is excellent. My car battery died in front of the store today (9/20/18) and when I went in to inform them I would be calling for a jumpstart, one of the managers (Negash) offered to give my car a jump and I was able to get to work. Many thanks!

Terrible customer service here. The employees are busy talking on their phones while ringing you up but when my girlfriend worked here, Yogesh the manager, would watch her like a hawk on the cameras and call her out anytime she even checked her phone. She was never rude to the emplyees like his family coworkers there are. So I guess, if you're not in the family, you can't do whatever you want like they do...

I came to put air in my vehicle at the 7-11a Air machine. I put my $1.50 in the machine and nothing happens. I go inside to the cash attendant and I tell him the machine isn't working and it took my money. I need $1.50 back. He said call the number on the machine. It doesn't belong to 7-11. I called the number and its a service number if the machine is not working. There is a website, but that is for sales. The guy pretty much took my money and said call the number on the machine because it doesn't belong to 7-11. As you see from the picture it says 7-11 XactAir. It's amazing how some people are out there to cheat people. If you live in Allen and want to be cheated go to this 7-11. If you want to see exact location look at the receipt.

Quintessential "neighborhood, corner store". Everyone of the employees are super friendly and remember the customers. Lots of smiles and friendly chit chat. If memory serves me right all of them have been there for at least a year. The store is ALWAYS super clean and I always feel safe there, no matter what time I pop in.
