I’m not one to ever leave reviews & I’m aware that this will probably mean nothing… however, I’m really frustrated with my experience today. I came into town late today & was unaware that the store closed at 6:00 on Sunday (totally my bad) however, when one of the girls that worked there came to let me know that the store was closing in 5 minutes & that the dressing room would be closed, I asked if I could try on my things & if it was unlocked.. she replied yes & unlocked the door… & then went and turned the lights off while I was in the process of trying on my clothes. When I came out and told her that the lights were turned off, she laughed at me & shrugged her shoulders.. After having a really long day, this was not the kind of customer service I was hoping for. If the employee would have just let me know that I wouldn’t have enough time to try my items on, I would have come back tomorrow, however, I think that I will be shopping somewhere else.

Came in for a shopping spree, found alot of cute unique garments unfortunately sizes were limited. You could find any outfit that can be worn dress up or dress down. Sadly at register Rachel was extremely rude with a comment she made while ringing me up. Visited store a couple of weeks ago and a latina and dark skin Lady were very helpful and friendly. Bought a few garments that I gifted,so I decided to come back today but was greeted differently from white customers. Extremely disappointed. Money shouldn't have skin color. SMH

Customer service and speaking to your customers politely goes a long way. So disappointed in this store. I really Wanted to keep shopping here as the quality and prices are great but the rudeness of the what I assume to be a manager today will keep me from ever spending money here again. I bought a dress, some boots and a jacket yesterday for an event I needed to go to last night. I ended up wearing something else so I brought the dress and boots back to return and kept the coat since I can wear it with other pieces. The girl that was helping me was nice but when the other girl came over to ‘inspect’ the items accused me of wearing the boots and scuffing them up. I told her they were like that when I bought them which is prob why they were so deeply discounted. She argued that she was the one who sold them to me and she looked at them and they weren’t like that yesterday. I said I promise I didn't wear them and offered to show a picture of what I wore instead if she didn’t believe me and she still refused to refund my money. I told her I wont be back if that’s the case and she said ‘that’s fine’. So apparently this store, which was completely empty at 1pm on a Friday (and a school and work holiday for most), is doing just fine and doesn’t need my business. If she had said we just can’t refund because they were on sale, then I would have accepted that. But the snarky and accusatory tone and speech was unnecessary.

Never heard of it. Visiting family here in Amarillo. Took me here and now, I AM A BELIEVER! Prices are amazing and selection is vast and varied. You will kick yourself if you don't shop here and with Black Friday tomorrow, you have even more of an incentive to run not walk here!

Horrible customer service!!!! They had beautiful clothing and a great selection but unfortunately they didn't have the service to match the product! I'm visiting from California and had heard good things about this store so I was VERY disappointed in the lack of customer service provided. Asked for a manager so we could rectify the situation but the only thing she provided was excuses for the bad service instead of apologies. This store could to great if they all take a lesson in basic customer service. Best advice... shop online or go elsewhere!

Cute and seriously believable accessories. Decent prices on accessories, clothing not so much for the quality. The staff always look and act like they are about to shoot themselves and are inconienienced by your questions. I go there for the fashion knock offs, not the service.
