This company delivered a mattress to me. They did not call 30 min ahead or call before they pulled into the driveway of my condo complex. The driver hit a large tree branch which came down on my neighbor’s house. He lied about it on the phone to me and laughed at my neighbor when she came out of her house to look as he drove away. I filed a claim with the company and no one ever called to follow up. I even included photos. I cannot imagine causing this much damage to someone’s home and just driving away. Thank God my neighbor’s 10 year old son wasn’t coming outside when they did this. Totally unsafe and they will take 0 responsibility for damaged property. Avoid at all costs!

I’ve had a handful of packages delivered by XPO and the delivery drivers are always kind, efficient, and punctual. I received a notice when they were 30 minutes away and was able to communicate directly with the drivers to help direct them. Once they arrived they delivered the items where I wanted them and were in and out in less than 5 minutes. Would definitely recommend this service.

Good job on installation of washer and dryer within a limited space. I was about to return both washer and dryer but technicians showed up and convinced me that they can work their magic. Which they did obviously.

Did great!! Product arrived in great shape (freezer); no dents or damage of any kind. Which is unusual for this size of appliance plus the packaging would not have stood up to any abuse. Very good delivery! We were seeing from other customers of this product complaints of damage, so something has improved dramatically. Thanks for your service.

Wow! I’m so pleased with the service. Communication was clear and updated from the moment their warehouse received my product to the installation. The team of two arrived well within the scheduled installation window. Both were very courteous, kind, and efficient. They explained and shared with me how to best use my product as well, which was really helpful because I was expecting to figure that out myself! They answered all of my questions, too. I’m very happy with the entire process!

I've had them to deliver appliances twice and they did a great job both times. Their assistance with the delivery of my appliances was greatly appreciated. Both times the XPO representatives that performed the delivery were great.

Scheduling the delivery was a little rough, they quoted me June 21 when purchasing fridge, then was told July 1 for delivery... phone call straightened that out and received fridge June 23. Delivery guys were awesome, very professional and had the fridge in water on in less than 30 minutes. Hauled away trash. Would definitely use again.

I initially got a horrible crew that came without the proper tools to install the gas range. And they even damaged the countertop. They then left leaving me with a half uninstalled gas range and the new range sitting in the living room for 3 days. Though they promised to come back later that day or tomorrow. I was very unhappy and ready to take drastic measures. But then XPO sent the A-Team. Wow, these guys were awesome. They totally made up for it with the install, professionalism, and care. Thanks guys! You were the best.

Extremely pleased with the entire delivery process. Good communication. Updates sent via email and texts and a courtesy call with estimated delivery time were very helpful. The two young men who delivered our order were friendly, courteous and respectful. Would definitely recommend using this company!

Great job by the crew. Jerry was very personable and efficient. The whole crew was pleasant and they did a great job installing the Tonal, and cleaning up and vacuuming any leftovers of their work. Highly recommended and very pleased.
