This mechanical workshop is the worst since August 2 I left my car and they told me that in 5 days it would be ready and only to fix a rear light and a bit of the rear bumper as simple as it can be and it is still not ready my car. I call them and they always tell me the same thing tomorrow, tomorrow and tomorrow but nothing that they finish fixing my car. I would just like to know until when they will really fix it, they should respect their clients a little more and give them the real time of repair from the beginning so that the client decides whether to leave his car or not or make the pertinent arrangements for the real time that he is going to be without his car Service: Painting

They resolved my car issue without any inflated costs, nor tried to sell me unnecessary stuff like air filters unlike jiffy lube. They seem honest and fair prices. They have my business from now on. Fully recommend! A+

We left car there after an accident for body repair. Insurance totaled the car. We were in contact with car Star to get our stuff out of car and sign a release, my daughter showed up 5 mins after closing and told her come back next day, she works on other side of town and gets off at 430 and they close at 5 and they couldn't stay 10 mins to let her get her stuff? They were very rude the next day when she tried calling them explaining her work situation and they said "be her before 5" We will never use them or recommend them EVER!!!

I was very disappointed with how my billing was handled. I received and first estimate of $1862 without insurance. After the insurance estimated the damages for a higher amount that would pay for the repairs included deductible they increased their prices to $3291. When I left there I felt sick to my stomach. When I dropped the car off they asked me for my deductible and I explained that the insurance company was sending a check that would cover the entire estimated amount. If she had explained that the price would be higher with insurance I would have got my car repaired somewhere else. They car on the day of the pick-up and asked the insurance company, had them to add additional charges and to send the check to them. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My dad brought his 2020 chevrolet silverado to carstar for a minor side fender crash. When we got there the new part had so many scratches. The owner tried to give me excuses but we didnt buy it. Also the truck was very dirty from the inside and very dusty really disappointing. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This body shop is so amazing! They assured me that they would take good care of me, and they did just that. They kept me updated on the repairs. I really appreciated this because my last repairs were handled at a dealership that never communicated with me. Thank you guys so much for repairing my car. Took my truck here for collision repair. Let me tell you it was the most pleasant experience, never had to go through this before but they kept me informed every step of the way. The whole staff was friendly and fast and professional they finished my car before the date it was suppose to be finished. They did a great job on my front end it looks brand new.
