Bought a used controller ($52) and it looks like it went from a trade-in straight to the bag for resale. I have bought several used controllers in the past and never has it look liked this. The pictures are after I start to clean it up and stopped.

Its soooooo good and I got 3 ps4 controllers and its such a good experience and I play fortnite and I've been playing since season 1 and I'm a og even though I have moments like this its wonderful and also I just enjoy fortnite and my past 3 years has been a blast playing it and I just am in love with the game and just love this game but never rage look back at the mistakes you have made and rethink the situation and breathe and take like a 5 minute break and then come back and try again and never give up on your dream on what you were meant to be and remember you are great and you are someone and you are somebody have a great day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!😚😚😚😚😇😇

Great store. Everybody here goes above and beyond to try to help you out and give the best customer service possible. They make it a point to get to know you, your interests, and needs so they can point you in the right direction as far as recommendations go. My first encounter with this store was buying a PS4 during the hectic black friday sale last year and they did absolutely everything they could to make sure I left satisfied. Been going back for everything ever since and have never been disappointed. Now if only everyone that worked there wasn't XBox Trash *shot*

Somehow I missed out on all the “great customer service” that the other reviews talk about. Went in to purchase 2 gifts cards and waited in line forever. Two employees working the register and lucky me I get the slow one. Maybe they should have a line for customers that know what they want and can be checked out efficiently. Another line for customers who have a broken this or that, have a bunch of questions about games or are trying to sell something and of course leave part of it in their car and have to run back and forth to get all the pieces holding up the line. Just a thought.

Everyone and I mean EVERYONE here is so nice and so helpful. I feel like they are more excited about my purchases than me. I have a 6 year old and so out of touch with gaming systems and they have brought me up to date with everything. I know I will be greeted with smiling faces and energy as soon as I open that door! Manager brandon i believe his name was gave my boyfriend some wrong information about a game he was purchasing by mistake. When we realized the misinformation & called into the store, this man went above & beyond to help rectify the situation. Very pleased with how he handled things & how approachable & friendly he was.

Jessica is amazing. She works at a fast pace and goes above and beyond to make sure customers are happy. She assisted me multiple times and constantly followed up so I wouldn't have to worry.
