I went here for some assistance with my phone and the customer service was horrible. I wasn’t properly greeted or anything the girl just kinda looked annoyed or was having a bad day. They told me to call 611 to resolve my issue but that number did not help me at all.

My son spent $200 on the Stylo 6 and it malfunctioned 7 days later. He was told by the manager they couldn't replace the phone because he exceeded the 7 day window to replace it. Horrible customer service and their math defies logic

Not helpful people, not very friendly, and they seem too busy to acknowledge new customers. I left the store without a purchase and will never return.

If I could put more stars I would for the great Customer Service that was given by Selena and the transparency of the Owner. Selena was great she had a positive attitude, friendly, and professional. We couldn't get the phone we wanted,however, with the great Customer Service that was rendered we still walked out with phones. I recommend this location, we were with a different wireless carrier since 2003, if it wasn't for the great Customer Service who knows we might have not made the switch.

Good morning on this glorious day that God blesses to be on this Earth One More Day today is Thursday the 30th 2019 time is 10:40 a.m. I stopped at Cricket Wireless yesterday I just can't help myself sometimes well I had to go take care of my bill they are so fantastic up there with a service that I have I have a family plan. The cell phone service that I have Rockin and Rollin if you know what I mean it's on point. Why not brag a little bit especially when the service so good. I'm not making this up this is real deal. I have two lines for the price of one line for real. And also it's Unlimited meaning you can talk all day and all night and your service will not be interrupted. I'm so blessed to have this service. Let me tell you what happened to me one time I want to Las Vegas and my phone didn't even cut out and I still can make it call what you think about that? Some service but I ain't going to say when you go that far the phone be saying you out of the area that is so wild ain't it. I'm going forever have Cricket Wireless for my service that just mean the price is good the service is fantastic and also they have good customer service you can't go wrong at Cricket Wireless. I'm just another satisfied customer don't mind bragging specially when I satisfy me. Cricket Wireless is so on point they got those new up-to-date phones for me I got the chill out for right now on that spending sometime I can't help myself well I got in trouble though. I got grounded a little bit for overspending it's a lot nature to spend money we women love the shop we can't help myself especially when some on sale. I just think you'll be very satisfied if you decided to get Cricket Wireless for your service and I also a new phone and also they have some great accessories for your phone. I just feel like if you have a good experience or bad you should let the people know but everybody experience in different places not the same. To all the hard workers at Cricket Wireless thank you so much for satisfying my family we will always be on your team may God continue blessing this company :-)

They overcharged me 4 different times by activation and upgrade fee's and extra sim card. I never received the extra sim card. I am currently filing for fraud with my bank. I already reported him to the Better Business Bureau. Mujtaba H was the sales rep name. He failed to give me a receipt with how much I paid for instead gave me a gift receipt with no total costs. His numbers were way off compared to online pricing and taxes included. Don't go to to this store. Oddly, He also asked me if i was N. Korean. Maybe I got treated this way because I am Asian. I already know I'm a protected class. A business cannot discriminate on race or national origin. I'm Korean American, not North Korean. I'm suing them.

They say cricket is with att and works fine in Mexico and has good reception but the reality is that works in some places and at others it doesn't. Was struggling for making calls, texting in small city's when they even promised I would not had any problems down there. As soon I came back to the US I dropped that company like a bad habit and change to T-Mobile. Hopefully don't have that same problem in Mexico again with this new company.

The folks were helpful and efficient in moving our phone number to cricket. I recommend them. But one annoying thing is the alarms on the phones going off without staff intervention...that could have been handled better.
