Have been taking our vintage Mercedes ML320 to them for years and will continue as long as the wheels don't fall off. Which given the great care they always provide, may never happen. Update July 1 2022. Major repairs rear suspension (struts, control arms, whole nine yards). At 200,000 miles, running like new. These guys are t he best. Andrew and his entire team is extremely professional. I brought my car (2002 BMW 330ci) into the shop thinking that the alternator went bad since it tested negative and that I had a cracked expansion tank. The people down at Autowerks did a full inspection of my car and we’re able to diagnose that it was just a dead battery and a hole in the radiator saving me money in the process. After getting the car to run properly they also were able to diagnose other issues that I had been having a lot of difficulty trying to figure out. Thanks to Andrew and his team at Autowerks I was able to get my car from not being able to run to taking a 10 hour road trip. Could not recommend this shop enough for its professionalism and knowledge on euro cars. Service: Auto battery maintenance

Just a general comment: We all have car maintenance and repairs, and I've been to a number of places in and out of town. Autowerks in College Station stands out to me as extremely friendly, well-spoken, polite, and at the same time I don't feel coddled or condescended. Pleasant staff all around, smiles, relaxed atmosphere, patient listeners, no put-on airs, just genuine, good folks.. They set reasonable expectations up front and honored what they committed to, no fuss no muss. I will think of Autowerks next time I have any maintenance to do.

We were very pleased with the repair work done at Autowerks and impressed with their customer service during our multiple phone calls and trips to the shop. Andrew and his team have consistently been pleasant and accommodating working through several issues with our older model Volvo XC90. Following a misdiagnosis from a repair shop in Dallas, Andrew quickly formed an opinion that ended up being correct and the car was fixed at a fair price! I cannot stress enough how professional and informed the members of autowerks were. I came in needing them to look at a check engine code for Mercedes’ and they blew me away with the experience. They kept me up to date on everything that was happening with my car. Explained their process throughly and made me feel confident in them working on my car. They were eventually able to see that my car was under warranty and had Mercedes’ work on the vehicle. They took my car to the shop and brought it back with no charge. If you have a European car and need it serviced I would highly recommend taking it to them. I can’t imagine going to another shop after my experience with them. 10/10 would recommend!
