They have a good variety of reptiles, fish and rodents, as well as a small selection of birds. There is a very large selection of habitat decorations for both reptiles and fish as well. The dog and cat toys and food have a decent variety, and they have their own standards that pet food must meet in order to be sold in their stores! The staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable!

Katie was GREAT at giving advice and listening to me about what I wanted Diva's cut to look like! Got exactly what I asked for and she noticed a raw spot on her underbelly and gave simple inexpensive advice on how to care for it!

The groomer Stephanie was amazing with my baby girl Pantera from the moment we did the consultation. She was very keen on Pantera sensitivity being at a new place she had never been, since we are traveling from Florida from her usual groomer. She listen to all my concerns, also recommended and suggested on my package I had original order online. She fixes all the doble orders that I had created, made sure I would not over pay. When I was on my way she told me how well it had gone with her bath, the blow drying , told me how sweet my Pantera was . It was great to hear on the phone , and sure enough when I went into the pick her up she was so happy shaking her butt, clean her black coat was shinny, soft smelled really good. We continue to speak and can tell you about Stephanie is a super star in my eyes , you have a very excellent groomer all rounded in customer service making sure to keep her client satisfied .

After leaving another nearby petco without even being spoken to we tried this location for petcos last chance. Jeremy at the fish section did not disappoint. He was helpful and honest. He helped us with plants, shrimp, and fish. We got everything we needed and then some in one trip. This man salvaged my relationship with petco and we will pass several locations on our way from ft worth to see Jeremy at the Colleyville location from now on. The courtesy he showed us and the time he took went a long way with me. And I will be back because of that alone.

I should file a lawsuit for this grooming place! I dropped my Poodles for grooming and checked back as they would not call me after 3.5 hours. They said they weren't ready. They kept my Poodles over 5 and a half hours, I decided to go in person and no one was there. I asked the person at the cashier and she said I had to wait because they were too busy grooming dogs. I waited for almost an hour, called them, no answer to find out they had left and left my Poodles in the back shivering. They also charge my credit card $36.80 every month for their Petco Vital. What a horrible service and waste of my money!!!

I was refused service and was told my cocker spaniel was being aggressive… laughable. Just prior to that Heather stated they were overbooked and extremely busy. It was evident she just did not want to deal with my dog as it was my dogs first time there and she was nervous around new settings and environment. She stated she wouldn’t have time to see my dog because she snatched her back leg from the groomer. Im still confused on how this is aggressive. My dog didn’t bark, bite, growl or even make a sound. Seems to me like lack of training and laziness was the contributing factors and reaching out to the manager Stewart, only increased the level of disrespect and discrimination. I’m glad that my dog was not seen by these people. She was taken to pet-smart that same day and groomed there with 0 problems.

Lauren is THE BEST GROOMER.. she not only does a great job on my 6 and a half month old puppy but she calms my anxiety because my puppy loses her mind when she has to come and get a bath and a haircut but Lauren is so patient with her and does a great job!
