Very helpful staff was able to Port a line over new phone activated signed in charged up and out of there in a short amount of time. The cost was reasonable and came with case and protector.... FYI y'all need to look at cricket cause you get free HBO Plus!!!!😎

Bought a charger the sales associate gave me the charger wasn't able to get myself they said it was the right charger well needless to say it wasn't right so took it back in to exchange even had receipt where i had just purchased it they wouldn't exchange it or give me money back i will never do business with cricket again just poor customer service

It was very good, I'm still not getting him but one Bar one my phone here in Pecan Gap, Texas 75469, there is a AT&T Tower not a 1/2 Mile away from my house. When I was in Commerce at the Cricket Store was showing two Bars inside the store, and 4 To 5 Bar's outside the Cricket Store. It's so aggravating. But Maurleen at the Cricket Store in Commerce, Texas Has done Her best to help with My phone problems, she is polite, kind, and Helpful to best of Her ability. I believe it's a Cricket problem with locations of the customer's.
