I dont know why you asked people to make an appointment for vaccines on your site and app. Cause everytime you still have to wait 30 mins past your time. I'll go to CVS next time. Over Walgreens BS!

Called in advance, was told it would take 2 hours. When I got there, was told the prescription had not been filled, would take another 1.5 hours. Wait another 2 hours to call. Waiting in line for 1 hour listening to "We're Sorry, our staff is answering another call, please hold-on and we'll be with you shortly" and no-one picked up the phone. Gave up. This pharmacy is just horrible, worst than pharmacies in third-world countries.

If I could give this location a 0 I would! Pam the manager racially profiled my husband following a protocol that was made up when trying add add money to my cashapp card for an emergent situation. Rhett her employee and herself would not give me the full name of Pam or the corporate number, but luckily for me I know how to research and this will be rectified and escalated to corporate ASAP! I am tired of people serving the public with horrible Customer Service Etiquette.

I don't understand how this store is still open. Dropped off my wife's prescription and was told it would be ready in an hour. 2 hours later, at 10:30 PM they tell me there was no one on the back to fill the prescriptions and it would be 2-3 more hours. I pull up the store only to find an onslaught of others leaving 1 star reviews for similar frustrations. Guess my wife can just suffer until 2 am for them to find 2 simple medications. Does Walgreens even look at their own reviews?

If I could put 0 stars I would. Nothing to do with the staff. They've all been nice. Walgreens as a company is getting a 0 star or whoever could be responsible for this. My med was due to be taken on Sunday. I was told the shipment would be in from Dallas on Monday. It wasn't, and it wasn't on Tuesday either. No date on when it would ACTUALLY come in. They changed their supplier to a company in Dallas and its really lost them customers probably. It lost me. I cant rely on that if it's not going to be in on time and neither can others. I'm stuck transferring it to CVS which closes in about an hour. Unlikely I'll get my meds in time to take them today either.

Waited an hour to get a prescription, only to find out they didn't even fill it. No phone call, no update. They said the insurance didn't cover it. I checked with the insurance and they did. Then the person behind the window said that they didn't even have it in stock but wouldn't order it. Ridiculous.

Horrible experience…my son was diagnosed with strep and flu at a local urgent care the night before a holiday. We drove 25 miles to get his prescriptions filled at this pharmacy. I was told when I dropped off the prescription that it would be 30-40 minutes. I said no problem and went and had a quick bite to eat. Returned 40 minutes later, waited at the window without anyone even acknowledging I was there for 15 minutes! When they finally did they told me they were waiting for authorization from the physician to fill the prescription. I said- wait, how is that possible when I dropped off the script from them!?!?!? Then he proceeded to tell me it was an issue with insurance. I said, no problem I will pay. He said that will be another 45 minutes. You have to kidding me! I had a very sick 8 year old! I should have drove 25 miles the other way! My advice to everyone else as well!!! I see now I should have read the reviews…horrible customer service! If they are understaffed, the corporation should figure it out…this is not acceptable!

50 minute hold and still no answer. I think they forgot about me. Nobody is that busy. I have issues when I get my prescriptions all the time. Looks like I’ll go to a CVS location even though it’s farther. Maybe I’ll get better service there.

Over a 2 hour wait time in the drive thru. 24 hour store hours yet the doors are closed from 11pm- 7:30am? Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Customers should not be denied entry or have to wait over 2 hours for prescriptions.

This place doesn't even deserve one star. I show up to pick up my prescription and, after about 20 minutes in line, I'm told it isn't ready yet and to come back in about 45 minutes. I come back 45 minutes later and wait an hour in line. Once I get to the window the tech realizes that she only prepped one of my three medications. I'm asked to return in another 20 minutes. I return 20 minutes later and wait an hour and a quarter in line and when I get to the window my medicine is ready. I'm told it will cost x amount. I reply "no ma'am, I'm under VA insurance, there is no copay." She responds "we don't take that". I reply "this location is listed as a provider". She says "well I don't normally work this location so I don't know how to do that . When asked "who does?" She replies "no one." Whe I comment that I've been waiting in line for 2.5 hours and ask why no one checked earlier she replies "I've been travelling all day and came straight to work si you're not the only one having a bad day." She in no way tried to figure out how to do her job and just completey blew me off. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with.
