0n 8/12/22, I got my oil change in Crosby, they forgot to put back the engine cover. I was out of town when my husband realized the cover wasn't on. I tried calling while I was out of town to let them know but the phone wasn't working. I took the car back on 8/14/22, so they can fixed it but the tech took a cable tie and tied it up, I took it back so they can tried to fixed it. I hadn't driven the car since, on 9/17/22, I was on my way to church when I heard a loud noise I pulled over and realized the engine cover was dragging on the road. I took the car to the dealership to get the cover replaced costing me me $248, I took the receipt back to the manager he said the area manager will give me a call, the area manager called he said he needed to talk to the district manager and I haven't heard from him yet. The damage was done at their business you would think they would go the extra mile and right the wrong that they created. It was my mistake taking my car there that's the price you pay for trying to to do things the easy way. If you have a new vehicle it's best you take it to the dealership. The service tech had to remove a panel under the front of my vehicle to do so there clips with bolts that hold the panel in place. when I got home I noticed it was hanging down so l investigated the issue and the clips and bolts are broke it cost over 30.00$ to replace I would not recommend this place. Take pictures before you use this place inexperience people there. Service: Oil change

Went in today for an oil change and right away we were welcomed with professionalism and kindness throughout are short time with them. I highly recommend coming to this location for an oil change plus you get to stay in your care. They are super quick. Thank you to Chris, Julian, Alfredo and Joseph for the great customer service!! Took my daughter's car here for an oil change, when they were replacing the air filter cover they were having problems getting it back on and 3 different techs worked on it. When they finished everything they had trouble closing the hood which seemed odd to me, car never had an issue with hood closing. When got home found all vacuum hoses to airbox disconnected, air filter cover has a broken tab, and a screwdriver was left underhood by the headlight which was preventing hood from closing.

Rip off don’t go here. I showed up and asked how much an oil change would be if I brought my own oil. I was told $26 and I was ok with that so I went next door purchased the oil and came back to get it done. Pulled in the shop and I guess the manager came out I believe his name is Freddy he began to tell me that it was $40. Pulled out a coupon for $10 off and he then told me they don’t honor the coupon off their website. I’ve been in the business before a long time ago all this asshat cared about was his ticket average. No big deal I’ll be going to jiffy lube from now on at least they act like they care about the customer. Service: Oil change

I am new to the area and needed an oil change and landed upon this facility and I am so happy I did. These young men work hard and keep it real being that I am a female and didn’t try to extra $$ or anything. The customer service was outstanding. I will definitely be back. ☺️
