I rented a car from here to get back home to Arizona & they were more than helpful in changing my rental out that had a issue with a loose plate. Customer service was professional & I appreciate great customer service! When I'm in town I would most definitely come back to this location. Keep up the good work Team!!

The staff (starting with the Manager Michael) is always friendly and helpful. Most times they have a wide variety and number of vehicles to choose from. I use this location for work rentals all the time and have been very satisfied after having bad experiences at Enterprise. I am however, sitting on hold (have been for nearly 10 minutes now) listening to the most annoying music one could hear waiting to request a receipt since I had to return my last rental before the store opened. It's Tuesday morning (July 5th) around 10:30 AM. Other than that I will continue using this location and recommend it to others.

This location is by far the" worse Avis I have been to. The girls lie and steal. They kept my deposit because I was 40 min late turning in the key. And charged my cc for three days. This is not the first I have heard from this location about the bad service. I definitely will speak to my lawyer and look further into this business. Go to Enterprise.

Booked two passenger vans weeks in advance scheduled to pickup 9am today. They confirmed a day prior pickup at 9am. I showed up to pickup the vans and was told that they were not at the pickup location that we scheduled at. They were being brought from another location and would take an hour to arrive. They did not notify me of any issues nor of the late arrival. We made this booking with a schedule in mind and now left waiting to see what time they decide to show up with these two vans.

The manager is a really nice person. You might have to wait a bit if it's on a busy day. You need to wear a mask when inside their office. It's best to reserve a car online because the prices are better.

If you’re like me, then it’s highly likely that my review will be after all the other 1-⭐️ star reviews. I have had my share of horrible, good, and excellent customer service and I am also a believer in people being human (flawed). Everyone has their own perception about people as well as services, so I think it’s really premature to ✖️ out this provider on the basis of someone’s experience. Whether you are a CEO, GM or Shift lead-NO ONE IS blameless-no one is perfect. So if you’re looking for the PERFECT provider of services you will be looking for a very long time. Nevertheless none of these reviews altered my decision to reserve my rental the first time, and I can say I have booked over 4 rentals with these people and I have had a fast, detailed respectable process each time. Micheal has always been attentive and helpful to me and my rentals have always been high quality at a unbeatable price.
