Whoever is working there at 11:50 on Wednesday nights Needs to be fired immediately! I go in there to get some gas and A drink. I notice a man in line as I’m walking to the line and the store worker on his phone paying the man no attention. I stand there for a second hoping that it’s a quick text who knows it could be an emergency. I said my drink down and I guess he is scared on the night shift because the worker jumps and starts to take care of the customer in front of me. After he takes the money he looks at me and says I could have broken the counter doing that and it was disrespectful. I politely told him that I didn’t mean to slam my can down but it’s very disrespectful to have people waiting while you’re on the phone texting for no matter the reason. Customer service comes first in a customer service job. I was told to leave and never come back but that’s not much thing because I never planned on coming back after that rude experience. Everyone else I have dealt with there is extremely polite and positive. His and my first interaction when I walked in the store that night was positive until I “aggressively” set my can down. VERY VERY unprofessional And I will be telling everyone I know at my company and anyone around to not go to that location but go to the one next to the American Airlines center if they want a positive experience when spending their money!!!

Went in to use the restroom, found it and asked for the key from the previous occupant when they exited from the restroom, they told me I had to ask the attendant. Followed the lady to the front and as she was handed the key, asked her twice for it so I could use the restroom. She ignored me blatantly both times, and realizing she may think me rude for not waiting line, went to the back. After waiting behind the four customers in line, she asked me to wait until the rest of the customers behind me were checked out before getting the key that was sitting six inches from her left hand. I waited and she gave me the key. After using the restroom I bought stuff and left and was served normally. Very frustrating experience when you have to use the restroom extremely bad and don't wish to be rude.

Never been to a 7-11 where there’s such a nice cashier with great customer service, I didn’t get his name but he is tall skinny with glasses. Get more employees like him 7-11, good job 👍 store is 750 Riverfront

Evil family fired me without cause due to a medical emergency they will all talk to you crazy like your their slave will work you all week with no off days or time for yourself. They don’t care about your health or well being at all.

7-11 build their reputation and I used to love it but when you come in and expect that famous 7-11 coffee and it is cold and has been sitting so long that it is really undrinkable and on top of that you can not even get your money back.....so sad

Another middle eastern ranned business that steals from people. They will charge you more than the price listed on items or charge you for things they shouldn't (ex: FREE chili & cheese). Check your receipts!!! Every single 7-eleven store that I've stopped at in Dallas have tried to scam or have overcharged me. The only reason I mentioned the Middle Eastern part is bc that's what they all were.

I was just verbally abused by the black female cashier who is currently working here. I have frequented this location for 3 years now, and had never had a problem. Not one problem. I went in thinking I would be able to use the restroom because there was no signs stating that they were out of order(which does happen). After a minute of not hearing anything in the restroom and it being locked, I went to the cashier and as her customer was organizing his money to pay, i asked if the restroom was locked. She said yes they were out of order. I stated that there needs to be a sign saying that, she cut me off as i was trying to say "like there normally is." She cut me off and told me that I do not tell her what to do and that she was not going to serve me, and that I needed to leave. This was while i was trying to redirect her attention back to her customer, who was trying to pat while this girl was nearly cussing me out. The gentleman cashier was very polite to me and helped me do my purchase, the whole while the girl was telling me that I am not in charge of her, that I need to check myself, and that if I have a problem then I need to come over the counter. I am a white woman. I am not racist. How this woman treated me, was clearly a racial profiling problem that she has. This is unacceptable. I will be contacting their manager in the morning on this. No one, her, you or me should ever be verbally abused due to race. Hopefully she will be able to overcome her racial discriminations one day.

I really like the location of this 7 eleven. The food and coffee is always fresh. The store is full service with a restaurant attached. There's lots of room To move Around and never any clutter. Very clean and convenient off of i35 and Riverfront. You can also purchase lottery tickets and hot foods. I've never had a bad experience at this location, and because of that this is my first choice w when choosing a 7 eleven to go to or to buy something in a hurry. Early mornings can get crowded but the lines move very quickly. Highly recommended.

I thought all seven elevens were supposed to be open 24/7.. If so. NOT THIS ONE. I work nights in the area and several times I have attempted to go to this store. One time after 3 am the door was locked and the guy was sleeping in his car.... Riverfront and Oak lawn seven eleven is always open. just FYI
