Worse experience I ever have with Pizza Hut. Very unprofessional staff. I call and ask the lady if the make delivery to my hotel she asked me for the address and then she said yes. Took my order and I make the payment through the phone. One hour later I call to see the status of my order and this guy told me the make a mistake they do not deliver to this hotel so he said come a pickup if you want I asked for a refund he said he do not work with that and hang the phone on me. Later people ask why they can’t find a job 👎🏼

It took almost 3 hours to get my small pizza I was dumb enough to try to order from them again and --- This was my 3rd time ordering from them and all 3 times I have had issues. This time supposedly the door dash delivery person dropped my pizzas at the wrong location. When I called and talked to the manager he did not seemed surprised and said "we will have to remake your pizza" when I asked for a refund instead, he said they can only refund 2/3 of the cost the delivery charge could not be refunded. I was shocked!! He said I would have to come into the store to get the rest.... I will never ever order from Pizza Hut again and I will post all this on as many social media sites as I can. Terrible terrible location DO NOT Order from them!!!!

They had to many people in there and couldn't tell who was working or not. It looked like a hang out for them since there someone in rhe back doing who knows what and saw a couple walk around a wall like it was nothing. I just know I will never go in there again.

Ordered @ 6:30pm & 3hrs later, still waiting for delivery. Finally called to cancel order. Will never order from this Pizza Hut again

This place sux. I tried to give them another chance and they failed the last two out of three deliveries. Cannot get the orders right and also over 2 hrs to get delivery. The owner needs to wake up.

Dear management. Get it together. There is an issue with this store delivering every time I order here. I give it some time between trying again in hopes that the experience will be better, but to no avail. It's a shame that you have customers willing to give you money for such poor service. It is very well understood that everyone is short staffed, but to have such a nonchalant attitude towards your lack of execution should be embarrassing. I hope your other customers get smart and stop paying you to suck. Sincerely, A very dissatisfied hungry person.

I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered online, got a message the pizza was on the way, an hour and a half later I'm still waiting on my pizza. I have called numerous times, but they don't answer the phone. This is not the first time. I thought I would try again, but I see nothing has changed. Terrible business.

I hate ordering delivery because it comes from this location and everything the pizza is nasty. It took over hour to get 2 miles down road but even if it came in 10 minutes, the pizza at this location is just nasty. I ordered 3 toppings all pepperoni and it looks as if it's just a single topping pizza. Crust is burned and pizza is dry. I will never again order delivery or carryout from this location. Also who took away hut crust flavor? Bad decision!!

This is my third time ordering and second time having my food delivered. ETA was 55-65min and I placed my order at 7:27pm. This is the second time my order took almost two hours to get here. Delivery guy arrived at 9:14pm. I gave it two starts only because the delivery guys both times were very apologetic and kind. However this time my pizza was lukewarm at best and the bread was tough. IF I ever order from here again it will be for pick up only!! Very disappointed.
