Horrible customer service! So unprofessional. Branch Manager, Hugo does not handle customers properly, nor does not care to assist them with proper information. Waste of time! Please do not go to this location, find another with a better team and better brains!

The employees were always friendly and polite. They took interest in me too. This is the kind of bank where you can build a relationship with the people who work there. I always felt like more than just a number. I wish they had ATMs all over the city though, so I wouldn't have to go to Walmart every time. They are open every day though, and if you use direct deposit you'll get paid a day early.
