I’ve gotten multiple packages delivered in the last two weeks that have ALL SAID DO NOT BEND and they all continue to get here damaged. I have a ring doorbell and have literally caught them multiple times bending my mail even when it clearly says “FRAGILE” or “DO NOT BEND” it’s honestly ridiculous and then over the phone it’s nothing but automated messages. I stopped the mailman the last time to discuss this and they literally said “you have to have the sender put do not bend or fragile” uhhhhh? Seriously don’t understand them. It’s infuriating at this point.

Ana was very rude. Website says one thing but this location is obviously making their own rules and wasting peoples times. More training needs to be done at this location. Department of state website says they are available tue and thurs for walkin. They dont have photo cababilities either but fail to edit their signs Apparently you have to drive down there to make an appointment because they dont know how to answer a phone

They were incredibly helpful and the lady whom helped me was very sweet and even took time to tell me about flat rate boxes and military discounts. It was a bit busy but the staff seemed to help each person in a timely manner without making people fell like a bother. I'll definitely be using them again to ship things.

Every time I come here, the good folks behind the counter are always kind, helpful and many times, cheerful. They are like ambassadors of their community and it is really endearing. I know they need to keep the line moving, but they still take a moment to smile, acknowledge the little kid with mom juggling packages, have a quick conversation. It's lovely. Sometimes, they run out of stock out front, but take the time to ask them for these. They will cheerfully get it. It is clear that they are understaffed, but it still seems to work. Thank you for getting the mail moving for us.

Zero Stars. The African American clerk is extremely rude. The manager said it is their policy to deliver mail that is on hold and then just bring it back at a later date. They lose more packages than they deliver. In 6 months they have lost or misdelivered 12 of my packages. There is an entire Facebook page dedicated to people in the neighborhood figuring out who their mail was actually delivered to. The manager needs to be fired. He is corrupt, consistently breaks. postal regulations, and has a personal relationship with his superiors allowing him to avoid consequences. This office is corrupt.

never have issues with sending my letter sized polymailers with stamps except for one lady who works there. She denies them even though they’re perfectly under any restrictions she claims. I’ve literally had other employees prove to me that they’re fine to send with one stamp don’t get why she’s giving me hassle I even asked if any policies changed and she said no and was being dismissive when i tried asking for her to elaborate. My carrier also takes them whenever I leave them in my mailbox and they deliver and aren’t sent back I don’t get what the issue is. Just disappointed I’ve had great service at this post office with the other employees

First they say they can’t deliver because my mailbox isn’t big enough for a bed frame. Never mind it’s a specific mail room where they could leave it until I picked it up. Then at 3 AM I checked my messages and discover that they managed to lose the bedframe off the delivery truck. Which means somebody at Sanders Avenue has a brand new bed frame. I just requested Amazon never sent anything by the United States Postal Service unless absolutely necessary. And now they have for two weeks in a row been incapable of placing VA meds in a locking mail box on a Saturday when they can M-F. They have returned heart meds to the VA twice in a row. This placed needs a new post master.

I recently had another of my rare occasions to visit this post office. Unfortunately this visit was exactly representative of the image most people have when they think of the post office. "Terry" must have been having a bad day because he sure was not in a mood to be friendly, courteous or helpful. He was very rude and looked like he would rather be anywhere including filling potholes in city streets than in the post office. There are actually a couple of "nice" ladies that work at this station: I have been helped by them and very pleased in the past. However bad apple Terry doesn't care about maintaining a good customer service experience, as these ladies do. (I wish I could remember their names right now so I could praise them properly compared to Terry - sorry ladies I will pay attention next time, although Terry seems to want customers to go to UPS or FedEX instead of bothering him.) Shame, shame shame...

Horrible customer service! With maybe a minute or two spare and 1 or 2 customers in line. I got turned away and suggested to go to another post office because they were starting the closing process. Although I live 2 mins away i will never step foot in this establishment ever again because clearly customer service does not exist with that staff team.

They do not deliver your packages, although they do update the tracking information to show it is delivered. If you try to contact them about it they will claim it is impossible to even call the person delivering mail until a manager arrives, who seems to never be there. No accountability and utter incompetence. Packages have been lost twice in a year and we don't get many anyhow. Never use USPS for packages or important letters. You will have no recourse when they lose or steal your items.
