My E-350 broke three flywheels in the course of a month. The last one broke right in front of their shop. Walked over, explained the problem, they recommended a heavy duty flywheel. $850 with install. We got under the van and I showed them where a previous mechanic had cracked the bell housing, and I had it rewelded professionally. I was told it would be ready the next day. One and a half weeks later they called me and told me I would have to tow the van home and I owed them $850. When I got there they explained that the transmission had a massive crack in it and all the fluid just pours out. Plus the flywheel that broke was already a super duty flywheel so putting on a heavy duty probably would t resolve that issue either. But that they did it anyway, despite the transmission being useless now. They never called me through this process, and the many times I called to ask why it wasn’t done yet, none of these issues were mentioned. They claimed to have not noticed the giant, obvious, fluid leaking crack until after all was done. But still, why install a part you claimed would solve the problem once you realize it won’t? The heavy duty flywheel wouldn’t have fixed regardless of the crack. Why not ask me if I wanted to proceed once it was discovered that they were wrong? Why not suggest a different solution? The only scenario that makes sense is that they dropped the transmission when they attempted to reinstall it, causing the crack. Then decided to just finish it and claim ignorance. Otherwise nothing they did makes sense. So I paid them $850 to destroy my work van. These people are criminally stupid, unethical, and heartless. STAY AWAY!!!! Service: Transmission

Awesome service, our tire blew up on the highway, a tow truck towed us to this tire shop and the person in charge was just so nice, offered us some water, let us sit in his office and use the restroom.

Huge waste of time and money. Asked them for extended valve stems so I could check the air pressure on a motorhome with dually wheels. After waiting on the guy to figure out how to Jack up the motorhome and then waiting on 3 people to figure out how to remove the wheel cover, I ended up with exactly what I had when I got there minus $50.00. When I brought it to their attention, I was told that was all they had. Why not tell me that in the beginning? $50.00 for two valve stems is a rip off anyway. Oh, and they were extremely rude about it when I told them I did not get what I was being charged for.

I took my motorhome in for longer valve stems. They replaced them with the same size. Then charged me $54. They offered to put the old ones back on and refund my money, but the time already wasted didn't seem worth it. It was just a huge waste of time and money. Not to mention the failure to follow simple instructions.

High priced and not very good service. Paid for a tire and they didn’t even remove the spare instead they just put it in the back of my suv. It hasn’t been the same since OLJ.
