I ordered a grande cold brew with a splash of heavy whipping cream but received heavy whipping cream with a splash of cold brew. I think the mistake here came from asking for no ice so I could drink it later without it being watered down. I would rather the barista not fill my cup up all the way to account for lack of ice than for them to fill it half way with cream. I will say the staff is super friendly. If I had tried my drink in store I’m sure they would have fixed it for me. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize until later. First time I’ve gone to Starbucks in a year and was pretty disappointed.

I love this Starbucks and staff; I come here everyday (sometimes more than once per day) to work. I bring friends here often. But the wifi is bad… it’s getting to the point where I can’t get my work done and if I can’t work then I can’t keep coming to this location. Please look into this!!

Great service. The barista took his time to explain the diferente pour over options he had. He prepped an excelente dark roast pour over. You usually never see things like this happen at a Starbucks
