Today I rented my 1st rental cargo truck at The Home Depot. I needed it to move a large piece of art. I was greeted by John at the tool and trump rental services. He was incredibly professional, polite, and answered all my questions kindly. Way to go John you earn yourself a lifetime customer. Seriously I had a great experience that was easy and explained simply.

I’ve never had a bad experience at Home Depot. All the staff that I have encountered have been very pleasant. Today’s experience was excellent customer service. I had looked up a lighting fixture online and it said that there was 8 in stock. I searched high and low and wasn’t able to find it. A gentleman helped me out and even pulled the large ladder over to check the overstock up top. He spent about 15-20 mins trying to search for the fixture, still wasn’t able to find it. He went to get a second opinion in which they still weren’t able to find it. Although they couldn’t find it.. I felt like they went above and beyond to try to meet my needs. For that I am grateful and will forever be coming back to Home Depot

Home Depot trips are never enjoyable or easy. Wish they hired experienced employees like they used to. If they are hard to find, maybe contemplate paying more for more experience. But thanks for having what I needed. Wasn't easy to find tho and two workers sent me in different directions. But, I'm sure I'll be back

Big shout out to TJ who went above and beyond to get my cut done today. This dude is what the customer service experience is all about… throughout the issues we had he made sure I was taken care of, spent his time trying to find what we needed, even offered to buy me a snack or drink while I waited, and ended up giving me a discount for my time spent in the inconvenience. Well done, HD… excellent customer service experience. Give this dude a raise.

I ordered an exterior door to be installed with trim. At the point of sale, I was told this is a turn-key service with existing trim being removed and new door and trim installed. I waited 3 months for the door to arrive. The day of install I received a call from the installer (hired by Home Depot, not me!) who explained the exterior trim that arrived was purple (should have been Cypress to match the new door). He wanted to know if I wanted him to install that and risk damage when it is replaced with the right trim or just wait and do it right the first time. Even though I have already waited 3 months, I told him I wanted it done right the first time. He said he would let Home Depot know of the incorrect trim that was delivered and someone would contact me. The installer has been professional and I am happy with his communication). 3 days later I had not heard from anyone at Home Depot, so I emailed the original sales person and called Home Depot North Frisco where I ordered the door. After a long while, the guy on the phone found my order and said he will escalate this to his manager and someone would give me a call on Monday. Monday and Tuesday pass and no call. I called back on Tuesday late afternoon and the customer service rep said the guy I needed to talk to was on the phone. He said he would personally deliver a hand written message to the guy. Again, no call. Also, have not heard from the original sales person who I emailed last week. That is 3 attempts I have made to speak with someone. All I need to know is if someone is handling this case and following up on my order. I have already paid $600 for this door and I can’t even speak to someone who knows anything about what is happening or when the trim piece might be in so the door can be installed. Terrible customer service! Today I will make an in-person visit and speak with a manager. I should not have to go to this length to get an answer for something I have already paid for. Very disappointed in Home Depot.

Supposed to extend my 50Gal water heater after unfortunately it’s starting leaking inside the furnace, instead extend Home Depot gave credit store because my 9 year tank warranty has been used for 4 years, its absolutely rubbish and unfair because you thought you did good business but you realize you did not did good business… Rheen water heater and Home Depot are scheme people, install at the same day yes they can do, after you pay absurdly money unreal, sad!! Even after you prove you have the rights still make you look likes a full..credit store unbelievable !!

I have been trying to buy a specific island top. I have been waiting for over 8 months. The piece i want did come in and the pieces are all damaged. They had been sitting there for months unbeknownst to me and i found someone who can fix it at my expense if i were to buy it. The manager here at frisco offered me 10% off and said that’s the maximum even seeing the damaged condition of the island. The island top is almost $500. 10% doesn’t even cover the time or product it will take to fix the island. Extremely unsatisfied with the lack of customer care. Especially for a piece that has been sitting in there for months. Definitely not purchasing anything at this location ever again.

I wanted to give a great BIG THANK YOU to Jose “The Plumber”. Apparently this man is a Jack of all trades. I went in for new locks for the house & he originally tried to make the locks work with my current house key, but unfortunately couldn’t. He then took the the time to help me find all the same locks for the doors that I needed. He was kind & explained everything with a smile. Thanks for making my experience a pleasant one Jose! 🤗

Went here to build a raised garden bed for spring and the employees were very nice. This store also had everything I was looking for.

We requested around 8 packages of gardening soil with a delivery service and they charged us $80 just for delivery to house. We are like 15 mins away from the store. I was waiting whole day to have someone knock our door and I request to leave the package closer to our yard. Out of our surprise they came without letting me to know and dropped the packages and left just in front of our garage door. I have back pain and that is why I requested a delivery service. I don’t know if they are contractor for home-depot or just work for the store but they have shown ABSOLUTE no responsibly on what they did. That was last time I order something from home-depot.
