Chip Wood started Tire Discounters over 40 years ago. He revolutionized the industry at that time, including mounting and balancing at no additional charge. Many imitators (thank goodness!) do that these days, but Tire Discounters was the first. Then, in 1996, Chip started including a free alignment with standard installation on any 4-tire purchase. We're still waiting for the rest of the industry to catch on to that innovation. No work done on my car until 2 hours after appointment time. I had already expressed I had another appointment 3 hrs after my scheduled appt and was assured it wouldn’t be a problem. I then had to find a ride to my appt and then another ride to get my car. After pickup my car I was leaving and decided to check my tire. They had left all 4 tires with incorrect tire pressure.

Great guys and fair prices. They rotate tires bought from them for free. Buy the insurance plan its worth every penny! The only reason I gave 4 stars is sometimes there's a wait a long wait but I guess that is because they are good!

My headlight was out and I didn't have tools to change it myself. After going to advanced auto and AutoZone to see if they would help which they did not I was told to go to tire discounters and the young man did it for free because he said he didn't want someone to get a ticket for having a headlight out. Thank you young man! Most people would not have taken the time to help. I did give him a tip just to show my application.

Works was done, only complaint is I had dirty grease marks in my seat and door handle. Should wear gloves or clean hands before moving vehicle. Other than that good.

Had to play phone tag, so I’d suggest triple checking your appointment before you go. It was the longest 4 hours of my life sadly walking around the building waiting, but the service from the guys was great and they did seem invested in us and our vehicle. I will probably go back, but next time I’m bringing a tent.

I left for work with a low tire. I arrived about 3 and they worked me right in!!!! 45 minutes later it was fixed and I was on my way. The other places I stopped at required an appointment or just was to wait for several hours. Thank you so much for helping me get this resolved.

The best tire center in Alabama period. I had inside dually tires that were seized or more like welded to the hub but Bryant and everyone in the shop with the best of attitudes worked tirelessly to solve the task at hand. Any other shop would have given up but not this group. They went above and beyond working together to provide the most professional service I've seen in years. If you want great service this tire center exceeds them all .
