I’ve been going to this location with my mom for about 8yrs now and we always have a pleasant experience with Elda she’s friendly always greets us with a smile, she always goes on and beyond to make our needs met. No joke I drive from Fort Worth Tx just to come to this location because Elda is the most professional young lady who ALWAYS goes above and beyond to help us with whatever it may be! If it wasnt for her and her kind caring self I would have left Metro 9 years ago! This is our go to Metro spot! Great customer service...ALWAYS!!! Be careful people because people here go into your accounts without your permission and connect their kids phones. That fat girl name Elda did it on my partner’s account which I ended up closing and got service with other company.

Doors locked 15 minutes before closing time. Takes less than 2 minutes to pay my bill. My girl and I have purchased 10 or more phones here over the years. I'll n very go back for anything!

Okay but they like other metros are only helpful for sales at the store your at because its a franchise so dont bother asking if another store has the phone your looking for, ended up with T-Mobile, otherwise they were very helpful for themselves
